I’m such a “nah I got it” and suffer in silence type of person.

i hate how i can feel so happy for a time. my head feels clearer, i smile genuinely, i sleep better, im motivated and everything seems to be looking up for me. that faux happiness only lasts for a week. the crash comes, the burn out returns and im once again trying to stop myself from crying in the dark at 2am because im a worthless waste of space with no future. this shit just does not end and im so fucking tired of it
