Almost forgot to do a #transformationtuesday post! Been feeling extra confident lately! 😗 Not much has changed with me. I will say... maintenance is NOT as exciting as the losing phase! Not much to share anymore... except all the exciting things I'm able to do now! 👌 Here is the latest: Weight still fluctuating between 155-160 (from 350lbs originally). 3.5years post VSG and my Sleevie Wonder still hates pasta and rice. Still dump from anything more than 5g of sugar. Drink drinking my @premierprotein. I still rely on protein shakes. I'm convinced it has helped me lose weight and maintain it. Entire outfit from @oldnavy - including boots and belt. Still a size 6 in jeans. M in tops.
