Hello to our followers here!! Been a while since we’ve updated hasn’t it?    I suppose its a better time than any to announce this here.. but sadly I have officially rehomed Magnus. It was probably the hardest animal for me to ever let go of.. especially after Goliath’s passing, but I know it is best for him in the end.    My mother could no longer provide the immense time and care he needs and deserves, so I did the best thing I could for him. Luckily I have very dear friends back in New Jersey who I know will give Magnus everything he needs and then some. They are very experienced with animals and studying to be vet techs, so I couldn’t think of anyone better for him to go to.     If I could.. I would have kept him.. but life changes and we’re not always where we ever think we would be 5 years later. I couldn’t stay home, and I moved to a place where I simply could not bring him no matter how deeply I wanted to. Unfortunately, bylaws for these kinds of reptiles are just too risky to even think of bringing him here or many other places.. I’m sadly reminded of that everyday, that the world isn’t reptile friendly.     I am able to visit him when I journey down back to the states.. but I don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to. Last I saw him was the end of June, and he’s really happy though. Spoiled boy, heh. I’m just happy he’s in a good place. :’) -Star
