The Lie-Eating Dragon & the Warrior of Light

General Info
-Two versions of this AU exist: one where Theo takes the place of the MC as the Warrior of Light, and has the Echo, and one where he doesn’t, though him and Efina becoming part of the Scions could still happen.
-In either version, the two start off in Ul’dah; Theo’s already experienced as a Rogue, and thus doesn’t need tutelage from the guild in Limsa Lominsa, but Efina is still fairly new to thaumaturgy.
-By default, Theo’s alias in this verse will be “Noah”. In his WoL Verse, during the “fugitive arc” of Heavensward, he changes his appearance and starts using the name “Owen”, though he still goes by Noah around people he trusts. After that whole mess is dealt with, he goes back to being Noah full-time.
-Efina is a member of a lost Xaela tribe, though she doesn’t remember much about them, with the tribe having been almost entirely wiped out while she was very young. Theo ended up finding her all alone, and took her in on somewhat of a whim.
-Efina’s powers are tied to the Echo here, and work RADICALLY different in this AU. Rather than physically manifesting lies as monsters, Efina’s version of the Echo manifests as an internal lie detector; when someone tells a lie in front of her, she’ll feel something that she describes as “a tapping sensation in the back of my head”. The more someone lies, the stronger this feeling gets...which unfortunately causes Efina to experience extreme migraines around people who lie a lot. When that person finally admits that they were lying, or shows their true colors in some other way, this feeling will instantly fade.
*Somehow, Theo’s lies never seem to trigger this ability, and certain other people’s lies, like the Scions, only ever give her a very small “tapping sensation”, without it evolving into a full-blown painful headache.
-Theo took up the Weaver job as a way of making himself clothes for all his aliases...and to make sure Efina always has good-quality clothes, herself, but good luck getting him to admit that out loud.
