What is life for you?

For me life is freedom.  If I see anyone without availability for freedom I would say that this person has no life.  Or to be clearer, I would say that the life of this person has no meaning.

Thousand years ago, in a city in Iraq which is called Karbala, there were people who were forced of “Bani Omayah” to not believe in their own ideology. Bani Omayah would slow swords on the faces of innocent people who stand up for their rights, their religion and their own thoughts. People of Karbala sent many messages to Imam Hussein a.s, and asked Him to go to Karbala and protect them against  the criminals.

And the story starts here; the day Imam Hussein a.s took all his family all the way from Madinah to stand by the oppressed in Karbala. He went to Karbala, and find that His people are few, while His enemies are many.  His enemies were standing against Alforat river, and did not let him drink water. Imam Hussein was so thirsty after a long trip in countries desert.  Even thou Imam Hussein a.s did not give up. Imam decided to help the oppressed even if that would cost himself and his family. He lost his eldest son, his brother, his nephew, and his youngest son, till He became alone in the battle. He said: Is there no supporter to support me? He offered his LIFE for the people of Karbala, and for us (next generations) as well, for our rights.
