It's pretty surprising to me tbh that only one human has been nice to him in the maybe 100-200 years they've been performing, like that doesn't seem statistically probable whatsoever.
Sure, it may be so for the story's sake, but it's been bothering me. Humans aren't inherently evil and not everyone is gonna be mean to him, especially if they don't even know he's a monster and just see him as an odd jester from the circus. Most people would be ambivalent if anything. Was he just more receptive to the idea now compared to before? What could possibly have triggered it?
He didn't even hesitate before giving them a red ticket on day 1 either. He's never given anybody that before. It would be one thing if he's tried to find love repeatedly throughout the centuries and failed, but he apparently hasn't even tried...?
Idk. It's sus either way. Especially since everyone else in the troupe has been more social when it comes to interacting with the outside world, even Doctor who doesn't even go out during the day.
But hopefully it'll be addressed in the coming updates. I do really want to know his justification for it.

(tho I do understand that yes certain aspects of the story is probably meant to be left blank cause it's meant for the viewers to have their own interpretation with their own versions of mc, which is already cool by itself! cause we can mix and match how our mc plays out in this situation)
BUT! *Cracks neck to look at Pierrot's direction and points at him* what was the difference now than hundred years ago?? Like you said, in those maybe 100-200ish years there's no way not a single person or better yet a group of people tried to intervene and protect him from troublemakers, I know bystander effect is a thing and is definitely a problem for us people, but did no one really tried to intervene? especially people in a crowd who have no idea what they are and at best just see them as performers. If you see a performer on a street getting punched, there's gonna be at least a certain amount who would intervene be it directly or not cause punching randos on the street is not cool,
The thing is- even the other circus members are well aware that people ARE capable of helping them out in these situations, and surely enough they'll just say "thank you" and be on their way, (and still be on guard regardless, cause people CAN be kind but not all the time, they all know that from experience)
But why was that one situation soo impactful to Pierrot? What made it stand out now? out of other situations, (I know some parts of his past that we don't know yet plus the relationship dynamic of his parents def adds variables to his mindset and it influences the way he acts now, and I know it's gonna be addressed eventually which is I'm soo excited for-), But why is that obsession applied now? and ESPECIALLY a HUMAN at that! (THIS ONEš«µ is what keeps me awake at night, like what kind of mental gymnastics did he take to end up having that kind of intense tunnel vision over a human??? and it's intentional since the HUMAN part is always emphasized in AMA)
U know what- I'm very impressed of the sheer willpower of his mind but also terrified of it at the same time.He's very emotionally oriented which is admiralble but with a mix of his beastly instincts it comes of as terrifying, I feel like his parents def loved each other so much, which is why thats his basis for love BUT he's only seen it for a very short amount of time before both died early on from his childhood, so imagine having that specific view of sweet love plus his father dying after grieving soo much of his wife, plus all that has happened in the circus, eventually all of that plus his instincts is gonna be soo intense that it ends up all of his views being scewed.
This is where I somewhat emphatize with Doctor's fear of him, cause Pierrot in a sense is unpredictable- He acts through emotions rather than the rational of things, and that can be a problem if not monitored well, he's soo unstable (in a way once he's dead set on something and his emotion is strong to it, HE WILL FIND A WAY to pave a path to it) yet stable at the same time (in a sense he seems well adjusted enough to differentiate between Columbina and mc, and never even compares us to her, he knows that his actions can scare mc and he's careful enough not to put the entire circus in trouble, cause again he loves his family soo much as well, but he wants both options to exist within his grasp) (it's soo complicated heck yeah!),you never know when he's gonna do a very big move at any point, is he just surprisingly well adjusted or is it just suppressed trauma? A mix of both perhaps we don't knowĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ (I'm just spitballin words out here)
