Hi hi, this my first time being asked huahhsuaha

(Haven't read the series in a while now, I only rememver the vibes 😇)

I don't exactly excuse Taryn's behaviour, I more on just understand her. Taryn was so desperate for love and acceptance in a scary world with folk that view her as literal garbage- She was willing to betray her own sister.

I see this as sad. She wasn't selfish for funsies- she's selfish because she's insecure.

Don't get me wrong- I did dislike her while reading the books cause she broke Jude's trust time and time again. When Jude clearly would do so much and sacrifice so much for Taryn. (Very one sided and Jude got the worst of it).

But I like her character because of how realistic she is in terms of the worst sides of ourselves. And u gotta understand how difficult Taryn had it too. ++she has so much potential for development (So hopefully we get more books mwahahasdah 👀😋)

tho I totally understand if u hate her since she is unlikeable- but for me, she gets so so so so so so much hate, to the point that I start to feel bad for her. (´•︵•`) It feels like we're looking at Taryn like she's a one dimensional bad guy when theres so much more going on.

Also I like the stress and distraught the characters give me with their betrayals. mmmmmmmm yes punch me in the gut.
