I absolutely criticised the hell out of the subs, especially their original content subs.

As an actor, whether it's in BL series, films, or any other form of acting, my job is to convey the characters and stories in a way that makes the audience believe, connect with, and enjoy the work. That's the responsibility I'm fully committed to.

What everyone sees on screen—the relationships, feelings, and chemistry between the characters—is the result of acting, preparation, and collaboration among the actors, crew, and director to make the story as realistic as possible.

But when the performance ends, so does the role. An actor's private life is another aspect that should be respected, because the character and the actor's identity are not the same thing.

I understand that many people love and are attached to their favorite characters or pairings, which is something I'm always grateful for. At the same time, I hope everyone understands that supporting artists can happen without speculating on or judging their private lives.

Finally, what I want everyone to believe in is the work I put my heart into and my identity as a working professional, not rumors or baseless speculation. Those things not only affect me but also those around me and the work of many parties involved.

There have been several topics being discussed lately, so I would like to take this opportunity to clarify everything just this once.

Regarding the rumors that I have become a father or already have a child—regardless of the source—I want to confirm that these reports are completely untrue. If the day comes when I actually have a child, I will be the one to announce it myself, and I will do so with the pride of a father.

As for my love life, if that day arrives, I will also share the news personally. There is no need to rely on rumors or hearsay from others, as you are all important to me. Therefore, for any significant matter, please wait to hear the news directly from me.

In the past, I chose not to speak out because I believed that baseless stories did not deserve attention or a platform over the truth. However, now that these rumors are affecting my work, I find it necessary to clarify the situation—to protect my work and the team members who have been impacted, and to reassure clients, colleagues, and everyone reading this message that these rumors are false.

Fabricating stories based on speculation and spreading them as if they were facts is not a game; the consequences are far greater than many realize. Irresponsible words can genuinely damage a person's life, career, and credibility.

For an artist or actor to reach this point, it takes immense effort, patience, and a sense of responsibility—both toward assigned duties and society at large. Yet, all too often, that hard work is undermined by rumors and misinformation spread by people acting out of amusement or a desire for entertainment, without regard for the impact on others' lives and careers.
