So I hadn’t yet come out to my mum and today I got home to see that someone had changed the cover on my bed to this
And then I saw that they left a note on the bed, so I went over to take a look at it and
My mum is the best
Whenever I see this I think well what if you weren’t gay and you came home one day to this
shout out to ace and aro kids who are constantly bombarded with the opinion that sex and romantic love are directly connected to living a happy life.
Y’all are just reblogging this at the speed of sound tonight
Since it’s almost valentines day, and this message is about to get hammered in even more, reblogging this again.

Cheers
When straight girls say they are going gay bc a boy broke their heart……. literally girls will break ur heart, collect ur tear, and use it as moisturizer.

Parents, please listen.
I don't care if you hate the gays.
I don't care if you think it's wrong.
I don't care if you don't "believe in" being gay or trans or anything.
If your child realizes they're lgbt, it is still your job as a parent to support them in every way you can.
You don't accept it, you don't understand it, fine whatever I'm not going to try to change your mind.
You still need to care about your kid.
If they told you, that means they love you enough to want you to know who they really are and/or how they love.
And if your kid is trans and they ask you to use a new name and pronouns, just use them. It will mean the world to them.
Don't try to change them. They want you to love them for who they are.
Don't make them hate you just because you were afraid to love them.
[ID: At the top, text reads “Random person: don’t you think you’ll be lonely without someone else to complete you?”, and on the next line, “Me, an aroace who doesn’t want a partner:”. Below is the you guys are getting paid meme. A confused boy asks “You guys are feeling incomplete?”. End ID]
