POP.py (ill use poppy for short) Poppy is an amateur computer virus,usually installed on accident. the full file name is POP.py.exe,launching the file will lock your screen with a drawing of a flower,now originally i thought this was a bitcoin miner,i tried to uninstall it and i thought it worked,before going to bed it booted my pc up and turned on whatever i was watching on youtube,while the monitor was stuck on the flower drawing,i had to unplug everything. poppy doesnt seem to be "super" harmful,whenever i made an attempt to try to make a post about them,it would get deleted so do NOT be surprised if this disappears. here is what to do if poppy appears on your desktop -do not activate it -if you do activate it and are trying to find a way to now delete it,i noticed it disappeared the day after the sleep incident -just follow the protocol of any other virus including how NOT to get them and you should be fine,check your files after poppy leaves,i noticed some of my images were misplaced and files were renamed,nothing inherently bad
