Closed out the weekend with the one shop I was committed to stopping at. Loved my visit to @elmcoffeeroasters on Sunday afternoon! Their Kochere as espresso was so money, I brought home a bag fresh off the roaster. Huge thanks for the wonderful service and a great closeout to the trip, especially to Jonathan for being a familiar friendly face. (at Elm Coffee Roasters)

Still dreaming about my date shake donut and maple cortado from @gpdoughnuts this weekend, where we talked shop with @maelivefree and @the.coffee.smith. This spot was so highly recommended by the Seattle coffee community, and I can definitely see why. #thatpinkstradathough (at General Porpoise Doughnuts)

Saturday morning we visited Honduras via Milstead & Co. for some tasty Honduran SOE from @rubyroasters and left with a few solid Hondurans from @bowsxarrowscoffee and @heartroasters off their ludicrously well-stocked retail shelf. I dare say I've never seen a more impressive selection from a multiroaster before! (at Milstead & Co.)

Brian and I were treated to some amazing @neptunecoffee style service this weekend at the @lamarzoccocafe with @kylieprovost and @sincerely_julia holding court. Great chats about the Seattle coffee scene with Baltazar (@baltazarsoto) and Jonathan (@jangle_unchained) over copious amounts of tasty @panthercoffee. (at La Marzocco Cafe)

Stopped into a pretty great shop this weekend. Friendly service, excellent coffee, short lines, gorgeous space built in the 1920s, and clean restrooms ... only complaint is there was no wifi. Or chairs. 😂 Seriously though, can't wait to see @maxwellamooney's new location for @narrative.coffee all finished up and serving the Everett community! (at Narrative Coffee)

After a series of surprisingly glowing recommendations, we dropped by the @starbucksroastery this weekend. A gorgeous space, loaded with Black Eagles, Clover brewers, Modbars a siphon station, and a legitimately cool vacuum tube bean delivery system, we experienced excellent service and some honestly tasty coffees. Still with a bit of roastiness, but truthfully the best version of Starbucks coffee I've ever had. A great stop, especially if you've never been. (at Starbucks Reserve, Roastery and Tasting Room)

Shocked this mourning how much I'm loving @indabacoffee's Guji Natural on espresso. With orange peel, tart berry, and a floral aroma, hopefully your first cup is bringing you some joy today!

The battle rages on late into the evening, this time between the washed and natural Guatemala San Sebastian Pacamara from @coffee_supreme. If it's clean vs. wild ... #imwithwild!

Changing things up a bit with the @madlabcoffee's Colombia Nariño and their intriguing recommended pourover recipe to go with their roast profile (18/350 @ 195F). Pretty tasty cup full of apples and brown sugar.

First time ordering from @olympiacoffee, with a coffee I've become moderately familiar with – the maracaturra variety Guatemala El Socorro. So sweet, silky and full of lingering spice.
