from my knowledge this is a dysphoric woman thing? like there are dysphoric lesbian women who use he/him pronouns and may id/present as “men” to an extent but still acknowledge that they’re exclusively female attracted females. sure pronouns ought to indicate whether a person is male or female, but using he/him isn’t going to magically transform a lesbian into a male. lesbians love other women (bio females), not gendered pronouns (which don’t even exist in ever language btw)

If you’re not a man or lean more towards male on the gender spectrum, why would you say you’re a lesbian?

Some lesbians might not like she/her or they/them, there are many reasons someone might not prefer those pronouns, butch dysphoria comes to mind, just being a woman or woman aligned and attracted to woman/woman aligned people make you a lesbian if you chose that label. Pronouns don’t indicate gender all the time, he/him lesbians are perfectly fine and if you like that its your choice!
