How do you convert Spotify files to mp4????

i can't download Itunes (fuck you apple) and i want to add something to my Ipod, but through something else (yet again, fuck you apple).

yes, it's 2026 and i still have an Ipod- specifically, the Ipod 6th Gen (The Square one...)

I really don't want to download anything- 'cause I'm pretty sure someone in my family used it and accidentally downloaded a Trojan.
