uhhhhhhhhh never kill yourself and season your food.

easy ass dinner: chicken(or other meat tbh) whatever + frozen veg. use olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder on all of those and throw them into the oven at 375° for like 30 or 45 minutes. Maybe longer, I just kind of wait until the meat seems to be done. maybe a higher temp also, i haven't experimented yet but 375 has worked for me so far. throwing the broiler on for the last couple of minutes would probably be pretty good too! I like serving that with rice or pasta.

if you have the chance, cook a big ass batch of rice, portion it out into single servings (using deli containers, tupperware, or saran wrap), and keep it in the freezer. microwave the puck for 2 minutes whenever you want rice.

if you have too much spinach that seems like its gonna go bad soon, make sigeumchi namul. Takes a bit of juggling since you're blanching the spinach and have to cool it off quickly, but I like it a lot, it lasts a while, and you can have it as a side with p much anything.
