Haven’t been on tumblr in forever but I needed to rant and have nowhere to go lol It feels so bad that this series I’ve loved and have been steadily following since I was 9 gets shit on seemingly out of nowhere just because a “main title” game comes out and is confusing to people.... Like I’m not sucking Nomura’s cock here, I think a lot of KH’s writing can and should be improved. The story is convoluted and a lot of the mechanics within it are stupid and ridiculous... But, honestly???? I don’t care ???? I love the characters and the worlds and the relationships and the emotions the game carries through it. The story really takes a hit in places, yes, smbut there’s a lot of good within the absolute shitty, too. & for better or for worse I love seeing these characters I adore so much go through the shitstorm. As for 3 making no sense to people who just don’t want to play the other games or look into them at all, well... then just don’t play if it pisses you off that much? Go do something you like to do or play a game you like to play and leave the rest of us who are invested in this series alone???
