How to recover an unsaved draft on Microsoft Word
 This literally saved my ass a few minutes ago. Yes, you can recover those files that you accidentally closed and thought you couldnt get back.Â
Right after that happens, open Microsoft Word again and click File - Info - Manage Versions - Recover Unsaved Documents.
It is literally that simple.

It shows which foods are most satisfying/satiating with the least amount of calories. We will be making a video on this soon, too. :) If you donât feel full, try incorporating more starch in your diet like rice, beans, oatmeal, and potatoes. These foods are high in fiber, they keep your blood sugar stable, and you will be satisfied for longer. You donât necessarily have to eat less food volume, but it may help to focus more on starch versus a ton of fruit. Some people can be satisfied with eating a more fruit based diet, but others can not because they burn through the sugar from fruit quickly, so they end up eating a lot of excess calories. Of all the complex carbohydrates (fruit, vegetables, whole grains, potatoes, etc,) starches are the most satisfying. Your body burns the starch off slower, which can give you more stable blood sugar. Donât get me wrong tho, fruit is AMAZING. It has so many healthy vitamins and fiber! Try starch based with vegetables and fruits. :) I also recommend focusing on how full you feel versus calories! Thatâs my opinion though. :) Everyone has different caloric needs depending on their height, exercise, age, etc! I know for me personally, I do not consume 3,000 calories. I definitely have in the past during high school when I was training vigorously in ballet tho! (And also growing a lot!) I hope this helps!! -Randa

As Iâve mentioned before, I love working with dough. This afternoon was a French baguette w. red wine & a good novel kind of afternoon. I will never buy bakery bread again. This recipe is everything. Â Literally 1000/10.
Crispy perfection on the outside, fluffy heaven on the inside. Slice & spread w. Earth Balance or cashew cheese & fresh dill-Â incroyable.
