         Every once in a while, when he’s feeling mildly self-destructive in his need to drink, he thinks of Janae. How she’s doing. If she’s still alive. He doesn’t regret sending her back to her little Resistance. She lied about who she was from the jump & lied so convincingly that even he couldn’t detect anything wrong. That level of deception terrifies him deep down in the very marrow of his being.

        Laughter reigns on La Joya. Not a day goes by where Tamás doesn’t bust himself full-belly laughing. It’s part of his DNA, Zeltron joy & inability to take life seriously entwining in everything he does, do, and will do until the end of his time. He’s prone to chuckling, guffawing, barking & when something is extremely funny, cackling until he can’t breathe.
