Yes this is my hand haha. Just showing the physical happenings from pushing myself with lifting heavier. Bloody blisters/clasists (however you spell it) haha. But it's well worth it! Fully challenged myself today lifting the heaviest I have ever in my life @f45_training_rosedale helps push you to your best! Life is full of challenges and changes. There are many ways to take these in. I have committed to a new change/challenge in my life. I officially cancelled my old gym membership and have signed up to F45. Here is to pushing myself out of my comfort zone and finding a new me! So I tried skating today! First with blades then the skates. I havnt skated in over 20 years! Man that was a workout haha. Definitely not as good as I was as a kid. Glad I gave it ago haha

Ok so I gave F45 a go for the first time this morning!! I didn't realise it was a cardio day 😶 Leesy doesnt do cardio... I still gave it a go, took it at my own pace. Some moves I had never done before so looked and felt gumpy doing them but no one is watching because they too busy doing their thang. The trainers were SUPER encouraging and helpful and have your back!! I can say I survived. I felt a-mazing afterwards. I'm defo keen for the weights class. Thanks heaps @f45_training_rosedale you guys are awesome!!
