New London Office Fit-Out For Naked Communications

Working closely with the Creative Director, IT Manager, and Finance Director, I project managed the fit-out of our new office space at 69 Wilson Street, EC2A.

Having completed the planning & design stage at rapid speed, we had 6 weeks to complete the fit-out which included removal of existing internal walls & ceiling, building bespoke furniture, and completely re-lighting what had been a corporate, sterile environment.

WWF Wear It Wild Campaign Video

Working with a small agency team, almost no budget and only three weeks from idea to launch, we pulled favours galore to help bring this to life for the lovely people at WWF.

Creation of New Agency Process for Naked Communications

We were taking different approaches for each client, dependent on their requirements and aptitude. We needed to create a process that reflected our different approaches and made it easy to communicate these differences internally & with our clients.

Our previous process was document heavy, very specific and it did not accurately reflect a number of our project approaches. We needed something more flexible whilst still providing clarity.

I lead this project with significant support from the Creative Director & Global Head of Operations.

Pedigree Tracks - A Health & Fitness App For Dogs

I was the Head of Delivery for this project, I stepped in at various times to babysit across its 6 month development cycle but the majority of the work, including this video, was delivered by a number of other producers.

This project involved the development of an app that acted like a FitBit for dogs. We were also developing a tracking dog-collar to connect to the app & automate the process to fully realise this product.

New London Office Planning & Design For Naked Communications

We had eight weeks until our hard-move date of late January, when we had to move out of our 12 year home at St John Street. We'd just had a change of location and parted way with our numerous design and build partners.

With the help of Bluebottle, we were able to turn around a pretty awesome design (which you can see brought to life in my later post) by creating a tight brief & working with a small approvals team of myself, CD, FD, IT Manager & CEO.

Bluebottle were instrumental in finding the right additional partners to bring this to life and I worked very closely with them to project manage the full delivery.

Ready to Fly for Virgin Atlantic - A Personal Communications Programme

We were looking to transform the ECRM programme Virgin Atlantic customers received between the moment they book a flight through the moment they return from holiday. We wanted to create a truly personal communications programme based on the vast amount of data we had access to.

I oversaw this progect as the Head of Delivery whilst stepping in at various times to babysit but on the whole this was delivered by other Producers within my team.

Comic Relief's Hangout Comedy Club - Laughter Recognition Technology

I was responsible for the early development of the laughter recognition technology, the live Hangout streaming tests, and establishing the relationships with Comic Relief & our partners but I was NOT responsible for the final product or this video.

A creative team wanted to see how accurately we could measure laughter through video chat. Utilising existing Google Hangout functionality for facial-tracking, sound levels and body movement, we managed to develop a really strong prototype. We started to work with Comic Relief to develop this into something we could use to generate donations

We tested the full concept by live streaming comedy gigs through Google Hangouts with Sanderson Jones and Katherine Ryan. We created a "front row" (those in the same Hangout as the comedian) and unlimited numbers of "back rows" (the comedy Hangout streamed through YouTube and into multiple private Hangouts) to generate the donations.

At this point, I left Google Creative Lab and the rest of the project was seen through by others.
