Today marks 3 years since my mom gained her wings. 4 months and 20 pounds down.. something finally switched in my head that I needed to do something about the weight I've gained over the years, I would look at myself or pictures and be upset of how round I was getting and with having the support of my boyfriend and my best friends I was able to change my life.
