AJAMMMMM he never obsesses over spigot to the point of stalking. they meet casually somewhere around where the parade of disasters would take place, in some bar they engage in conversation and get along fairly well, spigot takes a liking to redux he thinks he’s good looking and he loves listening to him ramble on abt fairly mundane topics he could careless abt, he isn’t paying attention, he’s too busy fantasizing. night progresses and spigot decides to drop the blue-balling and goes straight to shoot his shot and to his surprise redux takes him up on the offer. they hook up it’s fast, a quick blowjob in the alley and they’re done. they settle on seeing eachother again at some point. Next morning he is nowhere to be found leaving spigot all alone at the motel. spigot doesn’t see redux again after that and kinda forgets abt him yk life moves on. meanwhile redux is going insane cuz of all the stuff that has been on his mind lately, he’s been notified several times that he is being evicted from his home and begins to believe that a madness plague has been spread through his town by the air force and he’s the only sane person left<- had this thought for a long time since he likes going on conspiracy theories forms and reading through all of them and it’s genuinely rotting his mind and it’s js making his delusions a lot more valid in his head and his paranoia worsen and the eviction notice js serves to confirm his suspicions that he is being targeted by smth larger then himself, so he decides to cut contact with the outside world and start planning on purging paradise from the disease. It’s all stress boiling over til it erupts, he goes on his mass shooting spree and while he’s clearing out the city he finds spigot and decides to play with him, this is their third and final encounter with eachother. Spigot obviously scared for his life decides to plead with redux into letting him live, redux asks if he believes him on his delusions and spigot js says yes, yes to everything even if it is fucking stupid and this guy is an idiot, redux decides to have his way with spigot and spigot obliges thinking it would save him, when it’s all over redux blows spigot’s shit smooth off his shoulder and leaves, he’s on a mission after all he can’t let distractions get in the way.
