My sincere advice is to read The Dominance Playbook by Anton Fulmen. Read it critically, there are bits with more worth than others and overall it can be a bit too vague to be useful, but it is the best guide I've read for how to manage power dynamics in relationships and has a whole chapter on parental dynamics. I would also recommend the previous book in the series The Heart of Dominance, it's basic but sometimes good to reiterate these things to yourself - and particularly I would say the parental chapter in this book is better than its follow up.

Outside of recommendations my advice is to make clear to all parties that to be someone's Dad (in the way that we mean) is a vulnerable position. Just as being a daughter is vulnerable, you are giving a certain amount of control just in how vested your energy is in their success and in your dynamic. Respect the power that goes both ways and if the dynamic is important to you respect that too. Make clear your intentions to be a good father, and outline exactly what you'd like to foster and check in about those goals every once in a while. I promise the process of doing this is more fun than it sounds.
