revising basic latin before the new semester. not sure how i feel about going back to physical classes, i might be the only one who enjoyed studying by myself. nonetheless i am excited about the new subjects i’m picking up this term so here’s to prolific studies !

treated myself to fresh figs to make my mornings just that much better. also developed a new sort of morning routine last week and since then have been starting my days with half an hour of reading, listening and writing, before it is time to go back to business (accompanied by coffee and breakfast)

receiving a bad grade can be incredibly demoralising, especially if you’ve worked hard on that assignment. although it’s important to reflect on your mistakes, it’s even more important not to conflate your academic performance with your self worth. a grade is just a grade, you have a lot more to offer!
