Fucking LOVE Wonka becoming part of the Bucket family. This bitch has lived alone in his factory for what? 15 years or so? He doesn’t know how to act!! Imagine you’re at the grocery store and you just see this woman scolding a very fancily dressed grown man for trying to climb into the shopping cart while her son watches looking confused on who’s side he should be taking. I think I would stop whatever I was doing just to watch.

i gotta say i kinda wish more people understood willy wonka as a massive fucking troll. like people are all like "he's a karmic devil" and it's like no i think he just likes to fuck with people. the moment i'm thinking of is when he's in the elevator and he just says out of nowhere "i hope the oompa loompas arent taking the other elevator" and when prompted to explain he just goes "well i built a second elevator in this shaft that always goes the opposite direction of this one. i heard it was down for repairs though idk." and then never brings this up again despite everyone's panic. and, of course, square candies that look round.
