athena hummed under their breath and poked the moss in front of where they stood with a stick she found earlier, ''I have my doubts honestly.'' turning towards where the jungle met the beach, waves roaring in the distance. they thought about their job and family, athena had come to the appalling realization that their job likely cared more about the crash than their family. born in london, anne is the daughter of a big corporate attorney and law firm owner. she was born into a very privileged home but never really cared about any of that, especially since she has had a pretty rocky relationship with her parents. after graduating from high school, she moved to california to get away from that environment. now, she realizes how much she misses her family, even though she will never admit it to anyone.
