ϐᾋƝƓἝȒᾋƝƓ!

Many people stopped and stared all except for Periwinkle who was flipping across the mat.  The girl had so much practice it seemed as if she were flying.  When she stuck her landing, she glanced over at her partner.  “Hey Curly looks like the brave volunteer from District 7 has finally entered the training arena.” She called out.  “And look at the little mouse.” She added glancing at Adi who leaned in closer to her brother. 

“You’ll never let me live that one down will you?” He questioned when his brother pulled away.    He half smirked at his brother.  “It was one time and I was trying to be impress someone.” He added as the peace keepers opened the door.  They escourted Lucien out as Nani walked in and quickly ran over and hugged him.  “I’m sorry I should have volunteered, I don’t have anyone.  You guys shouldn’t be going through this.”

            “ You’re seriously no fun. Come on,               can’t you spare you’re captain five               minutes? ” 

It was just a little fun. He wasn’t sure why she was so against him, but it wasn’t going to kill him to bother her a little more her tone was making him want to stay around.

                              “Fine, I’ll bite.” 

                     Hayden said, turning to face            him. Hayden had avoided interaction with         the Lost Boys (outside of her brother of course)           for as long as she possibly could. But if this           would get Peter to leave her alone, so be it.                                    She sighed. 

The siblings were separated once they were away from the cameras, shoved into neighboring rooms so they could get their good-bye’s separately.  After a few long seconds Lucien came through the door.  He looked at his brother with tears in his eye’s.   “You aren’t planning on coming back…” Their wasn’t even a question in his voice.  He knew this was fact.  He wasn’t even kiding himself.  Their wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do for their sister.  He just didn’t think he could handle losing one or both of them.    He knew the latter was more plausible.  They had their chances next to the Careers, District 7 tributes were usually well prepared but that didn’t stop the coffins from returning.  Only one person walked out of these games.  

         To say Peter disliked the female species was a bit of an understatement but Hayden ( like Wendy ) was often an exception. But that didn’t mean that Peter was going to be any less Peter to them.

            “ Aw com’on Hayden, you’re no fun.               Plus you’d look great in a tiara. ”

          Hayden raised her brows, crossing her arms        over her chest. Peter wasn’t her favorite person         on the island. She barely tolerated him most of        the time. But what else was she suppose to do?                After all she was stuck on this island. 

Felix smirked and shrugged. “Because he’s busy doing other things he needs to get done that are more important and require more of his attention than simply delivering something. Why are you complaining, you should be honored that he’s trusting you enough to do something worthwhile.”
