Alaris Full Release Information
THE COUNTDOWN HAS ENTERED SINGLE DIGITS
DID YOU HEAR? Alaris is releasing July 17, 2026. That's in NINE (COUNT 'EM NINE) DAYS.
To get ready for release, I thought I'd give a whole rundown of the transition from Early Access to Full Release. While I've talked about it in the past, the information is relatively scattered, so I thought it'd be best to put everything in one post so everyone's on the same page!
Pricing from Early Access to Full Release
Currently, the game in Early Access is $11.99. Actually, if you purchase it on Steam by July 9, it's $9.59. It's in the Steam Summer Sale---I had no idea I put it in the Summer Sale and only found out recently. Sorry for always being the mess of a developer that I am LFALSDLF.
When the game enters Full Release, the price will increase to $14.99 to represent the additional content being added, as well as the OG price the game was planned to be upon release. Again, to explain to anyone new, the game was $11.99 upon Early Access release because the game didn't have full content. I wanted the pricing to be fair and represent the limited content, and show my gratitude to anyone who supported the game at Early Access release.
Now that we're entering Full Release, the game's price will increase to what it was meant to be, which was $14.99, now that it will have all the content it was meant to have! Again, this price change will take place on July 17, when the game fully releases.
If you buy the game once, whether it is during Early Access or Full Release, you will own it even when it fully releases. The additional routes and content coming to the game come as an update to the game, rather than a separate item! So, to answer anyone's question, yes you can buy the game anytime between now and July 17 if you'd like to get it at a discount before it fully releases. You will not have to buy the game twice. If you have the game on Itch, you'll just have to download the new build when it's uploaded. If you have the game on Steam, the Full Release update will automatically download I believe.
Of course.... if you want to support me and give me more money, you can wait until the game fully releases to buy it at $14.99! 'Tis hard times we live in, though, so if you want to pick up the game earlier, don't feel guilty for doing so o7
Content Changes from Early Access to Full Release
Obviously, the biggest change coming to the Full Release build is that both Fae routes will be added to the game, and it will be considered complete (THATS CRAZY FR).
Currently, the Early Access Build has all of the Central Gang's routes. As said before, these are complete and polished. They will not be receiving additional script content when the game enters Full Release, aka there's no new scenes or CGs or the like. They WILL be receiving additional content in terms of assets that weren't available at the time of EA Release. So Central Gang routes will get more voice lines, new tracks, and new NPC sprites. The whole game has also gotten a slight (emphasis on SLIGHT) art refresh for the sprites.
Preview of new sprites and Fae routes. Slight change, but I think the sprites all look a bit more vibrant!
The game will also get Steam Achievements finally, now that we are entering The Final Product, and other small polishing changes that are probably Unnoticeable to you, the players, but that I choose to agonize over as The Developer LFASDF.

All in all, the Full Release's content will finally represent Alaris in its Final Form and will include:
6 Complete Routes with 12 Total Endings (EA Numbers: 4 Routes & 8 Endings)
~350k Words of Content (EA Numbers: ~240k Words)
500 Choice Menus (EA Numbers: 270 Choice Menus)
1020 Individual Choices (EA Numbers: 670 Individual Choices)
780 Personality Variations (EA Numbers: 470 Variations)
54 CGs (EA Numbers: 38 CGs)
17 Sprites (EA Numbers: 13 Sprites)
~2.5k Voiced Lines (EA Numbers: 1k Voiced Lines)
14 Soundtracks (EA Numbers: 9 Soundtracks)
As you can see..... my baby is packed full of love (and crashouts). I am so excited for everyone to finally play the game in full, with the complete story and experience that I'd imagined and worked towards all these years!
It's been such a journey, and as I wrap up everything for the game, from sessions, to editing, etc., it's been so nostalgic to talk to the people who have also had a hand in this game. Everyone who's worked on this has been with me for years at this point, and we are all so excited for you all to experience the game we've been toiling away at.
Again, if you'd like to pick up the game for cheaper, feel free to do so anytime between now until July 17. Until then... the countdown continues. If you want to count down with a community, the Discord server is always open to new and old players to talk about the game with!
That's just about all I can think of for the Full Release. JULY 17TH!!! NINE DAYS!!
