he has an extremely unpredictable personality. cook’s the type of person to feel everything and react immediately without a second thought to whether the reaction was warranted.

with negligent parents, cook’s always looked after himself and gotten support from his best friends when he really needed it. but he always tries to fix things himself first, often making the situation more of a mess than if he had gone to his friends first to begin with.

if cook isn’t seducing women for sex and a place to stay for the night, he’s probably sleeping in his car that’s parked somewhere in the warehouse district.

rough around the edges, but he does have a heart that’s deeply buried beneath his issues. 

he’s non-committal, confident, and finds amusement in his abilities to flirt / seduce women.

cook dropped out of uni during his first year and has been driving for uber and selling drugs ever since. his position as an uber driver makes it very easy to sell on the down low.

frankie studies political science at pennbrook university with the intention of going into politics as a campaign manager. it started out as another way to be in her dad’s good books, but she actually enjoys it.

she lives with her family in mystic north. they own one of the bigger properties in the neighbourhood.

from frankie’s childhood to adolescence, frankie had felt the pressures of being the perfect daughter. for the most part, she’d met those expectations. but the pressures increased drastically when her father became mayor of cherrywood and her family was pushed into the scrutiny of the public.

frankie has a cat named petal who’s pretty feisty and hard to gain her love. but once she warms up to you, your patience will be rewarded in cuddles.

she’s always been curious about what went down in the warehouse district. one night during her first year of uni, frankie finds out when effy takes her. despite the excitement and adrenaline pumping in her veins, it was clear frankie was completely out of her element. so effy suggests something she’s familiar with herself: to be someone else for the night. to have fun and let go. to be cece. along with the new identity comes a fake id and a curated wardrobe, specifically for partying. cece’s not so much a way to severe her party antics from her family ( though frankie does find comfort in that small degree of separation ), but is more so of a way to trick herself that whatever she does that night isn’t a reflection of who she really is... or is it?

in terms of romance, frankie’s sworn off from anything serious after her heart was completely broken in her first year of uni. deep down, she’s definitely that type of girl that would want a relationship, but they’d have to really prove that they’re worthy / serious for her & her heart. ( think: brooke davis after lucas scott cheated on her lmao ).

after graduating with a bachelor of arts in journalism, ellie works as a freelance journalist, specializing in music journalism and occasionally dabbling in documentary writing.

tw alcoholism // the journey to where ellie is now career-wise hasn’t been easy. at one point, ellie was living paycheck to paycheck because most of the time, ellie’d have to settle on being featured with no monetary compensation just to build up her portfolio. the uncertainty and anxiety of not knowing if she’d have a roof over her head turned her towards drinking.

she can often be found at the cafe, working on her latest article and fuelling up on black coffee. 

ellie has a habit of falling for boys who don’t feel the same way... and the same can be said about girls too.
