AZ

The founder and owner of Hotel Z. He's a very kind person who has done a great deal for all four of us. In addition to running the Hotel, he also mans the front desk, meaning he'll be the first thing you see when you check in. He knows a lot of stories about the past and will tell you about them if you ask.

Floette

AZ's Floette, the unofficial mascot of the Hotel. She might not seem like much but she's super powerful. She and AZ are practically inseparable and she's always helping him out.

Urbain/Taunie

Me! I go by both Urbain and Taunie depending on what gender I am that day. It's less confusing than it sounds, I swear. I'm Hotel Z's hardest working employee. Also it's only employee. I take care of all the guests' needs as well as advertising and any other task that's required of me. I know it sounds like a lot but it's the least I can do to repay AZ for everything he's done for me.

Team MZ

Team MZ is a team made of me and my friends. We're dedicated to protecting Lumiose City. I'm the only one who actually works at Hotel Z but since the rest spend a lot of time here I figure I should introduce them too.

Lida

Lida is one of the nicest girls you'll ever meet (Lida Note: Aww, thanks). Though she can be a bit absent minded at times (Lida Note: Hey!), she's Team MZ's strategist. She lives at the Hotel and goes to dance school. If you're lucky, you might catch her practicing her dancing.

Naveen

Don't let his grumpy exterior fool you (Naveen Note: I'm not grumpy, I just prefer to keep to myself), Naveen's a real nice guy. He's a fashion expert and made the jackets that symbolize we're part of Team MZ. He spends a lot of time in his room working on commissions or visiting home so you're not as likely to see him as the rest of us (Naveen Note: That's how I prefer it). If you're looking for some custom clothes, you should commission him.
