        “Did you? What’s today?”

                He considers leaving Isshin to hang there ( it’s not as if he hasn’t gotten out of worse situations, anyway ), but the mentions of his sisters sway Ichigo ever so slightly. 

                “Kick me or punch me once I pull you up, and I’ll throw you out again,” he says as he grabs a fistful of his father’s shirt, “And I’ll close the window on your fingers.”

     Gone are the tears from before, he exuberantly throws his arms out in a wild pose, nearly hitting his own son in the head, “Thank you for saving your dear Father, Ichigo! You have won one thousand Daddy Hug points!”

                “No. I think I’ll let you hang there for a minute at least.” 

               He opens his bedroom window to let Isshin fly directly out.

        ( kurosaki-san and kurosaki-kun are so different. )

        “Of course. But–how exactly are you supposed to court someone, Kurosaki-san?”

      “Wh--!!”

     “You don’t know anything about courting someone?! Being in the throws of passion, your heart fluttering away when near someone? Throwing your ambitions away to chase what your soul desires?!” 

        “U-Ugly?” Orihime didn’t very much think he was–well, that. Maybe his father just knew him better…? “Kurosaki-san, what I was going to ask was if I could borrow a something from Yuzu-chan, is she here?”
