tl;dr sans is a bad person doing bad things to build the infrastructure for a better tomorrow

basically this is as simple of a horrortale version of underswap you can get. instead of carrying a butchers knife and a massive thigh bone papyrus uses a hunters kinfe and carries multiple sharped bones in his pockets to use as brass knuckles. sans instead of being a crazed human eater is unnervingly friendly and will try to poison the human to eat them because it adds "flavor" according to him (it has killed multiple monsters in attempting perfect his recipie) his design is moreso "horror" in the sense that he's more surreal and intimidating
