Blue moon as a reference to Eito's surname. Blue moon often means "something very rare". The moon symbolizes change, transformation. As well as mystery, secrets and hidden truths. It also controls the tides of the ocean.

Oleander is as beautiful as it is deadly. It can symbolize love because of it's beauty, but also a hidden danger because of it's high toxisity.

Black dahlias represent betrayal. Also they're often associated with murder and violence.

Cage represents isolation, separation from the world. Additionally being trapped, controlled, desire for freedom. Also Eito spends a significant part of the game in the courtyard cage.

Ladybug is a symbol represented on Eito's class weapon. It's also a symbol of changing, new beginings, as well as good fortune.

Clock — timeloop; blood — lost lives. Also clock is a unique element of Takumi's class armor.

Ouroboros is a symbol of the cycle, constant repeating. Also of chasing after the past, often to one's own detriment. Can also mean self-inflicted suffering.

The sword (infused with the power hemoanima as visible by blood on the spikes on the handle) is blue as a symbol of change.

White poppy is associated with regret over the loss of lives due to war. It represents the hope for a future free from war. The red poppy is often worn to honor those who've lost their lives in the military.
