autistic adult (20’s) polyfragmented DID system w/ multiple pd’s. we alternate between i/me/we/us a lot. this is a place to get out our big feelings safely [or as safely as we can.]
we are disabled. disordered. etc. im not listing our medical history to “prove” ourselves. it’s whatever.
due to the nature of being polyfragmented it’s hard to keep track of everything. expect things here to be emotional, erratic, upsetting, etc. we just need a place to let it out.
