Lama’s Story: A Mother from Gaza Seeking Hope
My name is Lama, a Palestinian mother from Gaza. I used to work as a teacher, and my husband had his own business, providing for our family. We lived a simple but loving life. My son Adam, 10 years old, was just like any other child. He loved school, playing with his toys, and dreaming about the future.
But one day, everything changed. The war shattered our lives. We woke up to explosions, and in an instant, we lost everything. Our home was reduced to rubble, my husband lost his job, my school was destroyed, and even Adam’s toys were buried under the wreckage.
Now, as a mother, I feel helpless. Adam asks me every day, “When can I go back to school? When will we have a new home?” But I have no answers to give him.
All I want is a safe and simple life for my children—a place where they can regain their childhood and their right to education.
We are asking for your support to help us leave Gaza and start a new life. Every donation, no matter how small, can be a lifeline for my family.
Please donate now and be part of our journey toward hope.
