I love making soups and stews. Whenever I have some extra root vegetables laying around I just brown it with some oil throw some beer in there and sit back and watch a little show. Nothing better then a little soup.

Sotd (soup of the day) is beets turnips radish and heirloom tomato soup in a beer broth and some cream bc I over salted it ♥️. This has been a soup update.
