I love how Teddy has this really dramatic narrative beat where he watches Lamar have a heart attack (that he caused!) and doesn't call for help until Lamar has already died, and it's literally never brought up after it happens. He doesn't even think about it privately. There's no moment of guilt. There's no moment where he wonders what that means about him as a person. He just expresses sympathy to his ex-wife and his children that her father/their grandfather is dead, and never reflects on the fact that he both had a hand in causing his death and intentionally didn't try to help.
