Invisible reader

Started calorie counting and after loosing 3kg had 2 weeks of eating with family for holidays (I didn't count because look at me in the eyes and tell me how much calories do you think your grandma put in that lasagna without stuttering, also I can't really be bothered) gained 2kg. Now the old me would've said fuck it we're just gonna keep living like this, but the new me who is getting older and would like to be lighter on joints is like "yo, this is normal, just keep going". So I returned to the same routine and it actually was easier the exercises that I had difficulties to do for two weeks got a lot better in just one week and in the same week i lost 2kg. What I'm trying to say to any fat champ who might stumble on this is to not give up and do not punish yourself, your mobility is on the stake here.

Exercising in bathroom and hopping in the cold shower is the poor man's sauna and frozen lake dunk.

Am I a true black player or do I use my supposed forgetfulness of ruled to cheat with my trusty vampire neonate?
