I don't know about "realize," but I think Tristan "acknowledged" it as love first. Probably around the first time the Count let Tristan participate in discussions about marriage alliances, but you'd be a better source here than I am.

I think Tristan "accepted" it first, though I wouldn't really say that he "fell" first.

Aurora prefers to be held against his chest with his hands playing with her hair.

🔥 What’s the pettiest thing they’ve ever argued about?

They don't argue about petty things often because Tristan generally gives Aurora her way. Occasionally, he'll indulge her in an argument if he gets the sense that she's looking for an argument, and they might "fight" over a party theme or something.

💋 Who says “I love you” first & how?

I'm not going to count any of the times when they were human or compelled because I make the rules and I decided that I don't want to use those times. After the compulsion broke, Aurora said it first. And she took his face in her hands and made sure to make him look at her and told him "I love you, Tristan." to make sure that he knew that she was coming out of the post-compulsion psychosis.

💍 Would they ever get married? What would the proposal look like?

They've never had a wedding, but they have introduced themselves as husband and wife at times. Tristan has given her plenty of rings over the centuries and they've considered having an actual wedding, but it's never actually happened. Historically it's fallen apart in the planning process and has, on at least two occasionally, been the trigger that leads Aurora down the path of thinking she needs an exorcism.

Neither of them do because they were compelled for a century and this is another thing that Elijah stole from them.

It's a piece of music that they both wrote together that they especially love and I have no talent whatsoever when it comes to music so I can't describe it.

☕ Who’s the morning person & how do they lure the night owl out of bed?

Tristan is both a morning person and a night owl. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised there was some sleep that linked them so that Aurora was sleeping for Tristan.

Tristan. It's the only time that he isn't thinking.

🩹 How do they comfort each other after nightmares?

Aurora tries to cover as much of Tristan's body with her own as possible and kisses his hair and whispers to him in French until he calms down.

👀 Who gets jealous more easily & how obvious are they about it?

...I genuinely don't know. I want to say Tristan does, but I'm not 100% convinced. Aurora gets jealous and is more of a crash out about it than he is whereas I think Tristan gets jealous, begins to investigate if there's an actual threat and realizes that there isn't one. Meanwhile Aurora is jealous and she's either setting someone on fire or she's screaming, crying, throwing up about how she deserves this.

They would go on a train ride across Europe that SURPRISE is a murder mystery party.

Equal. The Strix really wish they would stop.

Considering that they're both so open about their relationship, I don't think there's any deep dark secret

They both do. Aurora likes to leave things in his suit pockets or desk drawers. They both leave notes for each other in books or in sheet music.

Aurora. Because she's been feeling neglected. And she's demanding his attention.

💞 How do they act when one of them is sick?

Everyone around them is terrified because if Tristan is sick, that's a very bad sign, and if Aurora is sick, everyone is scared of what Tristan will do to see her well again. If Tristan's sick, Aurora is alternating between holding him and fussing over him, and going and berating the Sisters that they can't undo whatever curse has befallen him (if Tristan's sick, he clearly must have been cursed). If it's truly dire, she might throw in some praying for him and lighting candles for saints, which probably makes Tristan heal out of panic that Aurora may fall into religion again.

Both. And the Strix hide the body.

Yes. They like both. Aurora's name is connected to the dawn, but they've also named stars for each other so both types of dates inspire a lot of poetry.

Aurora says Tristan has this quirk when he's writing music that she finds very sweet, but she hasn't specified what exactly it is.

They both plan dates, and they both enjoy a date night in with just being obsessed with one another.

Aurora is the queen. Tristan even gave her several crowns. And they like to play the queen and her advisor sometimes.

Tristan getting locked in a shipping container because Cami stole Aurora's face and trapped him.
