So I know how stressful l!ft!ng can be, with all the risks, but there's another side to it, and since I have nobody to talk about this to, here I am.

For me, learning how to l!ft is something that greatly reduced my anxiety. How? Well, in a way, it makes me feel so much better about my future. In the world we live in, it's hard not to be afraid of what's ahead of us. I'm worried that at some point, I'll find myself unable to pay rent or afford groceries. And it's such a privilege to know that if it ever comes to this, I have a way of surviving.

For that, I'd like to thank all of you guys, too. All the tips and stories here taught me a lot, and I know that in the future, they might be incredibly important.

I've been getting so many clothes recently it's finally time to go through my wardrobe and donate some pieces I don't wear anymore. It feels so nice to be able to get all these cute stuff without getting broke in the process

I've literally been l!ft!ng for years now, but I still have this weird fear of tags on anything I'm trying to get. Like ofc I know that the alarm shouldn't go off unless it's for an item with the sticker or special tag, but I still feel like the barcode itself will somehow start screaming and allert the closest police department lmao But few years ago, when I was just starting, I remember always ripping off the soft tags from clothes (the ones that tell u how to wash it and that's 100% polyester lol) so I guess I'm making some progress?? Small steps tho
