Probably not, and even if she did, she probably wouldn't have recognized him or really thought much of it. He's kinda got one of those faces, and it's not like she's all that close with him

Very likely, once he's recovered a bit more! It's hard getting back into the swing of things like having hands, so he's still recovering from that whole debacle

Probably not any flashbacks, but who knows? I haven't ruled it out, but I mostly don't love writing flashbacks, so it would probably be him talking about it more than anything else.
