Yeah I usually write Kyōya 20/almost 21, and I think it makes more sense for them to be early 20s than it does for them to be like 17 lol but yes it's very peaceful just enjoying stuff from the jpn fandom and talking to a few people who ship it too! There's an eng corbeau discord server too that I joined the other day that's got people who ship various corbeau pairings but there's some kykr shippers in there and it seems like a good crowd! I can send the link if you're interested :3

Hiiii! There's a few of us out here, but definitely hard to find! I really think it's bc so many people on the eng side are sooo convinced that team mz must be teenagers and if you disagree/think otherwise then you're wrong so I think mostly we keep to ourselves to avoid The Discourse™️ but it kinda sucks that there's not more of us on the eng side 😭 but it's such a blessing imo that it's such a big ship on the jpn side (the biggest za ship over there I think) so I love getting so much art and then whatever I can gleam from wonky machine translation on the written side!
I did start writing/posting kykr on ao3 specifically bc it's so rare over here though lol otherwise my ideas would've just stayed floating around in my brain
ahh yes it's time for my least favorite part of the writing process: when my brain tells me "this entire thing sucks and you won't be able to finish it and you should just scrap the whole thing" so instead i am continuing my kyoya playthrough yay! just beat zygarde with only meganium hehe and now i'm mixing up his team (updated kind-of-in-progress team: meganium, zygarde, delphox, barbaracle, shiny ampharos (from the guaranteed shiny mareep), and the lucario from az(/korrina ot). i'll see what gaps i need to fill as i work my way through the storyline part of the infinite royale
forgor i don't have online on this account so i can't get delphoxite sigh i hope they do something at EOS to be able to get all the mega stones you can only get through ranked rn (i haven't even gotten all of them on my main playthrough bc i hate ranked lmao)

Almost 13k into the body swap fic (I think it'll be around 25k...) and I still don't have any idea what the title is gonna be 😬
i do think i have a title now though (and i'm about to hit 20k and i still think 25k might be accurate even if not in the way i thought it would be)
i need to remember that when i look at my outline to estimate how long the rest of the fic is gonna take to write that if i have a single (1) line that says "and then they fuck" IT'S GONNA TAKE LONGER TO FINISH WRITING THAN JUST THAT ONE LINE WOULD SUGGEST

kykr fae au: who would be the human and who would be the fae, I feel like there's valid reasons for both
I'm thinking corbeau kind of more of an old-style fae, maybe even fae royalty, elegant but very temperamental and hair trigger "I'll curse the next six generations of your line" type stuff but also very passionate (so in this case the kykr stuff maybe would be Kyōya's ancestor was cursed and he has to find a way to break that and he tracks corbeau down and then they fall in love etc)
vs kyōya more of a trickster fae, always in the middle of (causing) some shit, loves tricking humans into eating fae food/drinking fae wine and dragging them into the fae world and then just like disappearing and leaving them to wander alone for eternity (for the kykr stuff for this one, either corbeau is the human that kyōya sets his sights on, or kyōya is dealing with the Consequences of His Actions and gets seriously injured by one or more of the humans he'd tricked into getting stuck in fairyland and gets found/nursed back to health by corbeau and then probably still ends up dragging corbeau to fairyland but to be his eternal mate not just to fuck with him)
