Enjoyed helping facilitate at a Our Fathers and Us workshop today. Our Father and Us is a project which aims to get black fathers to discuss their experiences with each and how their up bringing and their fathers have an impact on how they are as parents. Super interesting, super important and super empowering for a room of black men express themselves in this way.
