wip of a scene from Tampa, a 2013 psychological thriller novel. It's about a female teacher who preys on students, it was meant to be a commentary on the shallowness of society and their willingness to allow abuse to boys by way of misogyny by assuming a "hot teacher" didn't pose any real threat.

I drew this bc haven't been able to get this scene out of my head, as it's more unnerving than the graphic scenes because of how the protagonist grooms her first victim.

I know this is a leap from my usual content, but I wanna be able to grow my audience and discuss more mature topics that focus on things other than erotic indulgence or even surface level horror. It would be good for the sake of my art and writing.

I'm sure I won't make more "fanart" of this book as I'm not really a fan; I appreciate the work for what it is, but a good chunk of it falls short as it had to be on the nose and grossly graphic for the sake of a 2010's audience. This was more like a purge of the psyche. An allowance to be uncomfortable and put these thoughts before me, as well as a precursor to warn you of the full illustration's context, before I finish.

Hey guys, how are you this fine month? Hopefully you're all doing well.

The family and I are a bit strapped for cash and we trade around when need be in order to get bills paid or to pay someone else. And of course I'm still unemployed unfortunately, though I am attending a program for folks with disabilities like myself so that I can be able to function in a work environment with things like my autism and anxiety.

I'm still in the middle of searching for something appropriate for me. I haven't worked since 2024 and honestly I miss it. The hiring process is harder and more tedious than the work.

So, for me, please give me some work!
