Serendipity

- Ticket to Heaven - the acting is superb, the story telling and storyline is captivating and the pacing is so good. The chemistry between the main pair; chef's kiss. I'm watching too many shows rn, so I'm behind by two episodes but it's so good, I'd definitely recommend.

- The Edge of Horizon - this is the first drama from this couple and you'd never guess it by how incredible their chemistry is. Two episodes in and I'm hooked. I love a good period drama. The acting again, great. It's giving yearning, angst and forbidden love. I'm also so in love with how Ongsa emotes.

Payback - I've read the manhwa and this show does justice to the source material thus far, Toptap and Minlee have such good chemistry both on and off screen. The pacing of the story is great, the show is just a must watch.

I very much liked the idea of Big Jane being an actual demon that grants wishes similar to Bedazzled. Like we saw Little Jane pricking his finger like a blood contract. I really wanted that. I don't know if maybe they were going for that initially and it had to be scrapped for some reason or maybe it was never intended to be taken literally and it went over a lot of our heads lol. That notwithstanding I wasn't going to let that dampen my watch of this show.

I enjoyed the first episode. I had a few hang-ups about a couple things. I do wish the chemistry hit me a bit more like it did in the pilot but I'm positive it'll come as their connection grows stronger.

The first episode does well to establish a connection between the main characters. I think I have a love-hate relationship with how transparent the main characters emotions are on his face. It's not an overtly bad thing, maybe I'm just projecting. There were some cringy bits but overall a solid episode.
