Tanta Roba

Even though I originally had different plans for this month's event, I've realized that my new commitments won't allow me to finish the project the way I initially envisioned it. So, for now, I'm putting it aside until I have a clearer idea of how I want to bring it to life. Instead, I've spent my time working on something that has been making me much happier lately, and giving my hand an excuse to explore this new art style that I've been really enjoying these past few weeks.

This month is about being proud of ourselves: proud of who we are, who we love, and the many ways we choose to express that love freely and openly ❤️

And for me, music is part of that love too. Music has allowed me to meet some of the most incredible people I could ever wish for, many of whom are part of this fandom and have made this journey even more special.

With this Tiny Family piece, the current ones, I wanted to celebrate that feeling! The kind of love they share through music feels universal to me, a love that doesn't recognize boundaries, labels, or limits 💕

I hope this approach to the official summer season is treating you kindly, because it definitely isn't treating me kindly... it's so hot.. But I'm not here to give you a weather report...

I'm here to introduce the latest addition to the ever-growing Tiny family! Today we have the one and only, the incomparable @der-echte-richard-kruspe!

For this new episode, I decided to get a little creative and bring you two different versions that vary both in style and in my usual coloring approach. I don't know about my fellow artists out there, but it feels like finding the "right" method is always elusive... or at least it is for me.

In this case, inspired by the classic Disney films of the Golden Age, I wanted to create a rougher, sketchier version of our guitarist alongside the more cartoon-style coloring I usually enjoy doing. I tried to be a bit more pencil-focused and put more attention into the linework.

I hope you enjoy this little experiment, because honestly, I'm quite happy with how it turned out!

I also took the opportunity to draw the Emperor from one of my stories.... some of you may know him already... and all I can say is that soon... he just might be making a return! Hope you like it too @der-echte-richard-kruspe!
