My lukewarm take that influencers are ruining everything. I live near the Spirit Halloween flagship store. Yesterday the had a HUGE grand opening and like apparently between 3-4 THOUSAND people showed up. I tried to go today to avoid the crowd but there was line to get in at 2pm, they opened at noon. I originally got in line but was there for like 10 minutes and got filmed 4x by wanna be influencers. They're gonna post this shit later like 'come with me to the spirit grand opening weekend' 'come with me to get the viral ghost face blind box at spirit halloween." blah blah blah. They do the same shit with my local coffee shop "only 20 minutes from *huge tourist area*" like get out of here.
