POV it's their birthday party and you are invited!

You just got a nice letter saying it's the birthday of "—-", how is the party going to be? What their fav gift and one they would throw into the trash?

Characters: Astarion, Gale, Laezel, Shadowheart, Wyll, Karlach and Minthara

Suggestion for headcanons are open!! 🫶

★ Astarion:

-he really like fancy birthdays, it doesn't have to be expensive but it sure has to look decent. He probably even made some changes in his house just for the occasion. He ordered a lot of meat (cooked and raw) and expensive wine..

-if you live with Astarion , get ready, when it's his birthday he would call himself all day 'birthday boy' and would be a bit anxious with all the preparatives.

Astarion really likes his birthday and that's is all thanks to you and his close friends, even if he is an inmortal he loves blowing all the candles!

-He probably adds a lot of candles in the cake, due to his old age he normally adds 3 more cakes

-I think he like vanilla, red velvet and even blood cakes? I’m sure he is the only one eating the bloody one.

-his favourite gift would be anything good looking, clothes, a new dagger/bow, rings or even antique wine. He will like anything that comes from you, gifts or kisses, or something more.

-Astarion would be pretty mad if you gift him a mirror, specially if you two don't have the best relationship. Also I think he would be a fan of second-hand looking clothes, just because he is an annoying diva.

★ Gale:

-Gale isn't very excited with his birthday, he normally keeps it to himself and only lets his close ones know the real day . I think Gale would lie to people randomly about his birthday date.

-He doesn't really like big parties, he prefers staying the day with you, going out to a nice restaurant or spending the afternoon in a vintage library (why don't you do both!) Tara probably gets mad at him for not celebrating his birthday with a party. Gale like simple stuff, he would only do a party if it's your birthday (secret party)

-Gale wouldn't mind you making him a secret party, he would be very happy! Specially beacuse it was you who made it and everything you done for him it feels like heaven.

-Gale probably likes cakes with fruit flavour, dark chocolate and tart

-I think he would love gifts like magic items (to eat and use), old volumes, shinny clothing, gems and even hand made gifts. He gets all blushy when you make him a hand crafted version of Tara (probably made out of paper, wood or metal)

-I think Gale isn't very picky with gifts, as long as you have good intentions he will love it! Tho I think he would be pretty piss off if Mystra decided to show up to his birthday or gift him something (+ people gifting him stuff about Mystra gives him strange feelings)

★ Laezel:

-she isn't really happy for her birthday, she sees it as another day and only because of you she started to remember it. She isn't into parties less doing something in that special occasion, you probably need to invite her out without the excuse of her birthday.

-In the day of her birthday she does normal life; sparring, meditation, follow you around baldurs in case you need help with something and praying to Orpheus/Big angry lady.

-you know she isn't a fan of surprises, so there is no surprise birthday party. Still even if she doesn't want to celebrate it and finds it mundane, you bought her a cake and a gift. (+ you probably invited the companions that are close to her and some gith friends)

-she probably likes dark chocolate with cherries, lemon cakes and probably orange cakes (all citric and sour!)

-her favourite gift would be anything related to fights or anything gith. You probably gift her a new big sword from a gith that is no longer alive, she probably use it all day even for chopping wood. Also I think she likes war prizes, like heads (you know, mindflyers or some cool boss enemy like a devil)

-Laezel wouldn't like it if you give her something too mundane like clothing, random items with no use (decorations) or stuff that doesn't match her vibe. I think she is a bit picky with what she likes and the worst of it is that it's obvious if she likes it or not.

★ Shadowheart:

-She really likes her birthday it feels like a special day, issue? She doesn't tell anyone about it and you have to persuade her to know it. She is somehow a bit shy and cautious even in those aspects. She doesn't really like doing parties, she prefers going out to a picnic or even to a bar.

-She loves celebrating by your side, since you are her person of comfort who she has been trusting on since day 1. Shadow loves drinking with you and kissing you all day, her perfect birthday.

-I think she likes cakes in general specially chocolate and strawberry, still a good bottle of wine is so much better.

-her favourite gift would be her favourite flowers, small decorative objects like a music box, hair decor or even a small painting, clothing and cute but a bit dark stuff. Also she likes craft made gifts, but if you do so she expect it to look pretty.

-I think she wouldn't like big gifts like houses or a boat since she finds it way to expensive, girl feels a bit of guilty if you waste too much gold.

-Also she wouldn't like gifts that Laezel would love, such as the head of your enemies, she finds it too grotesque for her own like, even if she is a bit edgy sometimes.

★ Wyll:

-this man loves his birthday and everyone knows it, mainly because he send invitations to almost everyone in the realm. Wyll likes to celebrate and enjoy a day with everyone he cares for, including you (you better be there, don't make this gorgeous man feel sad on his fav day)

-Similar to Astarion he likes to decorate it all for his day, he probably spent 48 hours nonstop trying to get everything to look nice and fun. He even had to came up with games to entertain people and also he probably hired the local circus, with no evil Absolute followers.

-Wyll probably danced all day, drank some good wine/ale, chatted with everyone and even cried while thanking everyone for coming. After the party he has to celebrate with you!! If you know what I mean-

-he loves soft chocolate cakes, vanilla with fruits and cheesecake as well specially the one with berries. He probably ordered a lot of cakes, all the flavours.

-I think he isn't picky with gifts he likes everything as long as it's choose/made with love. He really likes adventure equipment, swords, letters, some good potions and even doodles. He loves everything hand made and it doesn't have to perfect to make him smile! If it's perfect he probably cried a single tear of happiness. He probably gets a little emotional when it's his birthday.

-He wouldn't like anything stolen or related to living dead, those two stuff are disgraceful and disgusting from his point of view (crime is bad and resurrecting the death is cruel to the poor souls)

- how he managed to make such a big party? He payed it almost all, baldurs gate people contributed just because they love him and see him as a hero, also his dad gifted him some gold for him to spend it on anything (birthday gift)

★ Karlach:

-oh she loves her birthday and she has been talking about it 2 months before her birthday, she doesn't want anyone to forget her special day.When the day arrives she is really excited, her energy is up to 100% and she is probably leaving fire trails wherever she goes.

-karlach is like a child when it’s her birthday, she is probably very happy due that she couldn’t celebrate her birthdays back in the avernus. She will let everyone know it’s her specially day just to recibe a smile or a happy birthday.

-if you help her organise a party she will be heavily happy! She loves parties specially if they are with friends and you (ofc). Karlach is a party animal in this day, she literally got up over a table and started shouting how much she loves you and even cried while blowing her candles

-karlach likes fun looking cakes, spicy ones, cherry flavoured and strawberry.

-I think she will like anything, literally everything even a stick, she always finds a way to see its beauty/positive side! But, I think karlach has her favourite type of gifts: big weapons, teddy bears or anything fluffy, cute little decorations and any type of matching jewellery.

-I think she would be very disappointed or just sad if you or anyone gave her something related to the avernus, she wouldn’t like it at all if it’s related to Zariel less some cursed looking shit.

-she probably gathers everyone around when it’s time to open the gifts, she personally thanks everyone for each gift…she is thanking you a little more ;)

- also when her birthday is over she is already excited for the next one, she just has to wait 12 months…

-some random days while shopping she would point out at stuff and say “I want that for my birthday!” Or “I’m getting you that for your birthday, just let me save up”

★ Minthara:

-Minthara doesn’t really care about her birthday, she just sees it as a triumph of all the life threatening situations she has been into. Also she does find a bit pathetic when people get exited, like Karlach.

-Even if she doesn’t care about her birthday she will pull up sarcastic comments or stuff like “oh but it’s my birthday, so you are going do what I say”. She likes the idea of having to do less chores in this special day. She likes to be treated like a queen, because duh she is one! <3

-I don’t really think Minthara likes organizing parties, I think she just likes to go hunting some drows from other houses or spend the night with you. She feels very strong when it’s her birthday, almost inmortal.

-I think Minthara likes blueberry cakes, really dark chocolate cakes and why not spicy. If she has a cake it’s probably small, she isn’t shearing it…you can have a bite, but only one.

-I think her favourite gift would be anything deadly looking, you name it: sharp weapons, poison, creepy looking spiders, heads of your enemies, blood or even some beauty ancient item from the underdark.

-I think Minthara wouldn’t like cheap looking items, she loves perfect looking stuff, ancient or expensive. She would be heavily sincere with you and wouldn’t mind putting the gift in a corner of her room. She has to be very sad to pick up the item (imagine if you where dead or gone).

-Also I think she hates anything related to other drow houses, so be careful.

✦ Vilkas:

-he is a nice father, he is always keeping an eye on you and he is definitely teaching you a lot of stuff. Vilkas can be heavily protective when you are very young. He would keep you inside White Run your first years of life and wouldn't like you to get close to any sharp weapon till you become older.

-he really likes to read to you, he isn't always home so this moments are his ways of connecting. Also you probably became a very cultural person, you know a lot from history to survival, gods, rites, food, geography and other cultures

-if you ask him he will do his same make up in your face, he like to have a 'mini' him walking around Jorrvaskr

-also I think he would like to have more than one kid, at least 2-4? Dunno, he is a werewolf

-Vilkas isn't strict but he isn't nihilistic at all + I think he can’t stand parents that don’t give the proper attention to their children.

-I think he loves his family a lot, at first he had Farkas, now he was you and your other parent if you have one. Also I think Farkas admire the way his brother lives parenthood

✦ Aela:

-she is a very VERY protective mother, she would let you live and make mistakes but if someone hurt you she is will act violently. Depending on what happens Aela can take stuff pretty far, specially if it's linked to lycanthropy hate. If you heard of bear mom now get ready for wolf mom

-Aela would definitely teach you how to use bows from a very young age, she wants you to be a strong hunter/huntress just like her. She would probably teach you all about nature, survival, hunt and how to defend yourself . This moments for her are very special, it's her special way of bounding with you and showing you what makes her feel alive.

-Also I'm sure she wants you to be part of the companions or even accept the gift of lycanthropy, which maybe you would heir if you are her biological child (if not, it's a matter of time for you to become part of the circle and eventually a werewolf)

-I think she is a bit strict, she wants the best for you but sometimes she forget that kids can make mistakes and that they need time to do kid stuff (play, have friends and learn other stuff aside hunting)

-overall I think she would be a good mom, get ready for being outside all day.

✦ Cicero:

-oh man, he is..chaotic. Cicero isn't exactly a strict or boring father, he is funny and his creepy traits are seen as normal to you. If he has children I think one is more than enough, he can be paternal in his own ways but I also don't see him as a family man (he is busy with mother)

-He loves doing cool stuff, even if they can be dangerous. Even if he end up in chaotic situations with you, he will always find the way of protecting you. If you have another parent there is chance of them being as crazy as him or them scolding both of you all day

-Cicero loves telling stories, he is the best at it. Specially when doing funny voices for every character in his stories before bed. Also he may get into the story too much, which end up in pure theatre.

-also if you like the dark brotherhood, you got VIP pass...just pls keep in mind the timeline of events.

-overall I think you need another parent/adult to keep things a bit balanced

✦ Mannimarco:

-this man isn't build for parenting at all, but let's just say he had a child and it's was you. You probably don't have siblings mainly because Mannimarco doesn't like children and he can only stand you (somehow)

-he isn't a present parent, he is always busy with necromancy, fighting or being a god (depends on the time line). Mannimarco shows his 'love' by teaching you magic from a very young age and 'gifting' you with the powers of necromancy. Get ready to have many skeleton/zombie friends even if you don't want it or if you are scared of them. It smell like trauma, good if you like necromancy

-Mannimarco isn't an emotional person, he doesn't care for emotions and don't even try to understand them. If you feel sad, angry or anxious is better if you look up for someone else (another parent or adult with better emotional intelligence). He would be a bit jealous of the other parent or adult, he doesn't really like seeing you running into someone's else arms instead of talking with him. He just can't see why you don't open up with him fully.

-expect to have a bad reputation only because you are his child, people doesn't like you when you name him and children normally fear you. It's not a smart idea going into town with him, specially if you want to make normal friends.

-he won't tell you when he is proud of you, it's more obvious when he is disappointed. Still when he is happy by your actions he will reward you with softer words and even some cool magic books/items.

-he is normally strict and harsh, there are odd days that he will be decent and even careful with you.

-overall not a good idea if you want a lovely dad, if you want an evil ambitious necromancy dad? Go ahead I'm not stopping you

✦ Teldryn Sero:

-he is a very lovely father, he really likes to spend time with you and he always loves to mock you a bit. I think he would have more than one kid, maybe two? Or three perhaps?

-Similar as Aela he is protective, he will let you live your life and make mistakes. Teldryn is always watching your back whenever you are around, that doesn't mean he is going to run up everytime to see what you are doing.

-he really likes to take you out shopping, Teldryn would probably teach you how to move around the streets and how to even get better prices at some shops, making contacts is everything.

-he would probably do less mercenary jobs after you where born/adopted, he doesn't want to die by stupid reasons. Last thing he wants is his kid being fatherless, Teldryn wants to see you grow up and find your own path in life. Who knows maybe you become a mercenary just like him.

-he is probably the fun parent if you have a more strict or careful parent, he is always mocking you, making dump comments (not harmful) or even small ‘pranks’ like putting stuff in high shelves.

-everyone knows you are his child at raven rock, which means that everyone is up to help you if something happens. Also if you steal or do chaos in the small city, Teldryn is probably knowing it before you even telling him.

-overall he is a very cool dad, you can learn a lot from him and his tales. Also he is very protective of his family, always taking care of them.

✦ Azura:

-I think Azura is one of the most loving mothers, she is very present (physically or spiritually) and the only thing that can be bad is the fact that she spoils you a lot and sometimes she gives you way many advantages (better strength, ease with magic and having divine favours)

-you probably got raised in both morrowind and her own Daedric lands, you probably know a lot of oblivion and do have connection (good and bad) with other Daedric princes

-don't expect any blessings from some of the Nine Divines, you are a magical product from a Daedra. When people bless you, you don't really feel the bless and some times it even feels bad.

-even if she is a lovely being, there are moments that when you discuss with her she will avoid you for long periods of time. Just talk to her back or bring her a tribute to calm your mother down. If you are mad at her, there is a chance of her materialising just to solve things or comfort you.

-maybe you do have another parent? But it's a mortal? Hmmm

-Azura probably loves you the same way she loved the nerevarine

-overall good mother, just try to be in good terms with her, you don't want to suffer what the Chimer/dunmer lived

-also I think you would have a strong connection with Dunmers, even if you aren't one (if you are one then you are pretty close to your culture and traditions)

✦ Neloth:

-Neloth is definitely a strict father who expect a lot from you, he wants you to be a magician just like him and bring pride to your house. He may be a bit close minded if you want to be a fighter or other thing, Neloth doesn’t mind them but he wants you to keep the magic legacy

-he may be a little harsh with you, he has high expectations. If you breakdown because of his pressure, he will feel bad afterwards (you won’t see it since he keeps those feelings to himself). The next day he would be softer with you and would take you out for a walk to talk about your feelings, even if he isn’t the best at that topic.

-I really don’t see Neloth having many kids

-when you where a child Neloth always made little magic tricks just to impress you + teach you how could magic is so one day you can become as cool as him

-if you want to study magic he is 100% happy! Neloth wants you to go to the best schools or even learn from him. He wouldn’t be very happy if you decide to go to small or not so good magic school (or guild before having any studies)

-you have a cool house, so people just tend to point that regularly. I would love to live in a mushroom house ugh!!

-you probably live a good life, you got access to many stuff and normally Neloth doesn’t mind getting you stuff for research or fun.

Imagine them realising they like you, how would they react?

Characters: Farkas, Vilkas, Aela,Sotha Sil and Ancano

♱ Farkas:

-Farkas is probably a bit blunt, he would directly tell you how much he has been admiring you; as a companion, behind that compliment there is a 'hey I like you please take me out for a date'.

-Farkas is messy with his words, it's not that easy for him to organise his ideas and tell you clearly what he means (even if he goes straight forward).

-Being the crush of this man means having a personal guard even outside of missions, he would literally give his life just for you and ofc expect him to ask many times to do missions with you.

-Farkas would probably try to find moments to be alone with you, he would take you to long walks with the excuse of patrolling.

-You may give this man a little help, if you like him back, go, ask him for a date he will say yes (even if he is busy, he will try to make a small space for you)

♱ Vilkas:

-When Vilkas started to have feelings for you he decided to avoid you for some longgg weeks, why? He doesn't understand the feelings he is having and this poor man doesn't know what to do with them.

-Don't worry, he isn't avoiding you because he doesn't like you, all the contrary!

-Vilkas would become more worry of you, every time you two go to a mission he is always covering you back while also trying to be all serious and silent.

-At some point all this façade fall apart, he would probably try many times to express his feelings...but every time he tried he just take one step back. Don't worry one day you will catch him and he will let it all out, don't expect him to be self sure in situations like this.

-Also totally see him trying to hold his blush or nerves whenever you compliment his skills or even his appearance.

-I think he likes to take small steps, don't rush him, let him be.

+ he probably won't tell Farkas or the rest about this, he doesn't want to be mocked and he is very scared of someone telling you about this.

♱ Aela:

-She knows her feelings and she knows she likes you a lot, Aela doesn't play around...but that doesn't mean she isn't cautious about it.

-Aela is a solitary person, she doesn't really speak that much with you (specially about her feelings) but she does observes you and takes mental notes to see if you may find her interesting. If you are part of the circle, congrats, this makes her life way more easy! (This means she trust you a lot, which leads her to be more open with her feelings).

-If you are close to Aela you will notice that she will be more present whenever you need to practice or learn some tricks with the bow, she wants to impress you to show you how amazing she is (which she is obviously!)

-Also I think she would be a little more comfortable around you when she is in her lycanthropy form.

-Aela would try to laugh at you jokes even if they are awful, her laugh may come a bit sarcastic but I swear it's genuine!!

-At some point she will tell you her feelings. Aela would probably take you out hunting and after a long day she will tell you her feelings.

-She wouldn't play around, she would be straight forward and her tone would show confidence (it's all an act, she is probably kinda of nervous, she isn't exactly a romantic person)

♱ Sotha Sil:

-Oh this man is shy about his feelings, he is a Dunmer made for mechanics and godhood...not romance. Don't expect him to talk about this, he wouldn't even tell anyone about it and would try to keep it cool whenever you walk around.

-He definitely writes his feelings in his notebook for Dwemer explorations, you may see big notes about his project and then aside a little text talking about how pretty you looked today or how he felt when you found his work mesmerising.

-He won't tell you directly his feelings for you, so you may find out his feelings via his notebook. -One day you asked him to check his notes, just for curiosity, he gave them to you and it was too late when he realised what those notes hold.

-If you confront him about it he would play dump at first, treating you like if you where crazy. But once you show him then notes Sotha will admit his feelings (he is totally ashamed and embarrassed).

-Sotha wouldn't speak you for days even MONTHS, but after he gain trust again he would confront his feelings for you (in a proper way)

♱ Ancano:

-He isn’t exactly the best when it comes to his feelings, he is too busy in becoming powerful and in doing his spy jobs.

-Ancano normally treats people badly, as if they where less than him…everyone who isn’t like him are no one to him. But with you he is different, he doesn’t even care of your race (anything that isn’t Altmer), he is actually even nicer with you. Some days he would even compliment you out of the blue even if you are doing a normal activity like doing magic or even reading.

-Ancano would be pretty curious about you, he would ask people around about you just to know a little more of you, why? He wants to find the best topic for chatting, he wants you to like him back obviously.

-He is definitely a jealous guy, even if you two aren’t dating he hate when you speak a lot with anyone from the collage (or even outside of it!!). He is probably very mean with that person.

-He will tell you he likes you, he would be direct with you about it and Ancano is probably telling you all this at the top of the collage (he wants to be alone with you, he doesn’t care if other see it, he just thinks that being alone is more romantic).

Pd: I won't be doing nsfw, this is just fluff, normal hc with the reader included. Reader gender neutral + it can be a normal character or even the Dragonborn, that's up to you <3 I'm keeping it neutral!

Aela:

She is a solitary warrior, it was indeed hard to gain her trust and it did took its time for you to sleep next to her in the same bed. Aela doesn't really like hugging you or keeping physical contact when sleeping, she is normally facing your back and sometimes (not very common) she would lay her arm over your waist.

She doesn't really sleep well, due to the lycanthropy and the fact that she wants to keep you safe every moment (even if you are the best warrior ever, she will keep her guard up only for the safety of both of you).

When you are asleep she likes to gaze at your face, not in a creepy way but more of a contemplation.

She likes to wake up early, she normally leaves you alone, the morning is the best moment to practice with her bow in the nearest forest. The only time she stays in bed with you for a longer time is when it's raining or snowing.

She doesn't rob you the blanket, Aela doesn't move much in her sleep, even if she has trouble with it. She likes to sleep facing the door's direction, it gives her peace and a feeling of protection.

Also if both of you are werewolves and you both can't sleep, the night would become a moment to do a deep chat...normally in the day you two don't have time for that, only fight.

Farkas:

Sleeping next to Farkas can be a little dangerous, specialty because he moves a lot and snores!

This man loves sleeping next to you, to the point of even falling over you accidentally, he is a big guy that sometimes forget how big he is.

Farkas loves using fur bed sheets, apparently they are warmer and he really loves the texure.

He doesn't really sleep well, mainly because of his lycanthropy and how it always hunts him even in his dreams.

Farkas normally goes to sleep when you do it, after starting to date you he doesn't really like sleeping alone, it makes him feel solitary even if his brother is sleeping in the next room.

Farkas loveees waking up next you, having you between his arms and wandering what to do in the day. Sleeping next to you really makes up his day, being close to his special one makes him stronger in all the ways.

Cicero:

I'm not sure if he sleeps like the dead or if he moves like crazy! Sleeping next to Cicero means never knowing his next move, you can be sleeping in peace and this man will hit you with his leg while dreaming.

He sleeps at late hours, he tends to be very active and chatty before bed specially with you or mother. I'm sure he talks in his sleep and I'm also sure those words may be the creepiest things ever. Cicero normally likes to sleep very close to you, he loves hugging and even sleeping in your arms, but there are other moments when he would move and would end up sleeping in the border of the bed.

When he wakes up he wakes you up too as well, he can be a little annoying when doing so, normal he pinch your cheek or start saying "waky waky" in your ears.

Mannimarco:

Similar to Aela in order to sleep next to this horrid being you have to gain his trust. Mannimarco is the type of person that sleeps like a dead body, he doesn't move, his breath is normally slow and steady and there are times he sleeps with his eyes half open.

He doesn't like hugging you when sleeping, he loves his personal space and if you get to close to him there is a chance of him pushing you to the other side (or worst kicking you out, physical touch makes him heavily irritated).

Mannimarco loves sleeping in calm atmospheres, he really likes fancy beds and having some bones around as well.

He normally likes to sleep at very late hours, after all his ambition is more important than sleeping 8h, nevertheless he wakes up very early. When he wakes up he doesn't care much about you, he is already ready to have breakfast and get into his studies as fast as possible.

Brynjolf:

Sleeping next to Brynjolf is really nice but isn't something you can always have, this man is normally heavily busy with his guild and whenever he comes back home he can't even snuggle up with you decently due to his lack of energy.

But don't worry!! There are days that he will be at home earlier (less tired?) and you two will enjoy a nice sleep. Brynjolf loves to sleep next to you, he also realty likes to be the big spoon. He doesn't really move much since he likes to spend all his sleeping hours in the same spot near you.

He also loves if you like sleeping over his chest, it makes him flutter but also feel special.

He normally lets you have the most part of the bed sheets, he wants you to be comfortable but also because he doesn't really like using bed sheets (it makes him feel hot). Also I think he likes to read a short novel before sleeping or even plan in his head some future mission, he doesn't spend much time doing this at those late hours.

Every morning he wakes up very early, if he isn't in bed with you he will always leave you a small note telling you what he will be up to (after all you are his favourite lass)

Sotha Sil:

He was very surprised when you asked him to sleep next to you, he didn't saw it coming.

Sotha normally sleeps in the border of the bed, almost falling off it, thanks gods he never fell down. Don't expect him to always sleep next to you, he is normally very busy with his god duty and trinkering stuff in his workshop.

Sotha likes to be hugged by you and being hold close, I think this man likes being a small spoon, it makes him feel relaxed after working all day.

He definitely doesn't move much in his sleep, he normally just stay near the end of the bed.

He doesn't really mind if you snoring or moving around, he isn't picky in that aspect + he loves you just the way you are.

He really likes getting up early just to look up from the window the city, he is very silent so you may probably not notice at what exact hour he wakes up.

I think he also has some sleeping issues, it takes him a few hours to fall asleep decently, you can wait with him by reading or doing other thing or you can just sleep, either way he is fine. He is a calm man and he is very polite with you, he doesn't want to mock you in your sleep or obligate you to stay awake with him when he can't sleep (tho he would be very happy if you waited at least some minutes, ofc if you are heavily tired there is no worry)

Almalexia:

Sleeping next to her must be beautiful, mainly because of the bed, it's probably the best one in all Morrowind. Imagine a fluffy bed, so comfortable that you can't even move and the pillows holding your head like angels. Her bed is very VERY long and big, I think it can fit 6 people inside of it. She loves to sleep in big spaces, small beds made her uncomfortable and a bit impatient. She probably likes to sleep in the middle of the bed, so prepare yourself to sleep in the border of the bed (or close to it)

Almalexia takes her time before going to sleep, she likes to do skincare, hair care, sharp her swords and even see that everything is in order. Once she is in bed she will ask you to join her.

I totally see her using a very fancy aqua nightdress + a negligee of the same colour but a darker shade with cotton/translucent materials.

She is very touchy, in the sense that she loves holding you very close while sleeping, this only applies if she does really likes you/ loves you.

Also before sleeping expect various kisses from her.

As most characters she wakes up very early, maybe even more, she takes her time to get ready and she definitely doesn't mind you in waking you up properly. When you wake up you will find her out of the room, it's up to you if you want to find her before breakfast.

Hircine:

I don't think Daedras sleep at all, they aren't mortals whom need to full-fill needs. He would only sleep with you if you asked him and he would actually find it as an interesting experience.

Before bed he would ask you to hunt a bit, after all this guy can't live without hunting. You would probably feel very tired after trying to catch up with his rhythm.

You two can sleep either your bed or a pile of fur in the middle of the forest (secret place so no one mocks your rest). Hircine doesn't really sleeps, he just close his eyes and tries to mimic you. There will be a point he would be tired of playing pretend (you are probably already sleeping), so he would get up and keep your back safe.

Imagine a sunny day in the beautiful coast

You and your party decided to spend this day after a long week of work and fighting, some of them will love it and others...not that much

Sorry if it may look a bit similar to other headcanon I did :( and sorry again if there is some issues, I have been busy with academic stuff  💔

❀ Astarion:

he loves it, he is lying over a deck chair, sunbathing and drinking some cheap wine. This man loves relaxing, no work, just enjoying the day while ignoring the shouts and movements from everyone aboard. He would be even more happy if you sunbath next to him, he would ask you to put him suncream on and would tease you a bit about it.

He doesn't really move, he doesn't help and would only do it if you ask him or if Shadowheart/Minthara threaten him.

He would also do some snarky comments on people who are feeling sick because of the boat movement or sea.

At some point Laezel or Minthara would push him off the boat, Wyll, Gale and you would move to help him out. Apparently doing nothing, being lazy and annoying could make some people mad (sarcasm btw)

❀ Gale:

He is liking it at first, he loves to tell you stuff about the sea, technical information and would even show you a trick or two to manipulate the water (he would make bubbles, figures, etc)

But after sometime he would start feeling sick, the movement of the boat makes his body feel bad. Gale has to cast various spells to keep his belly and eyes sight stable, at some point he would end up lying over the boat, feeling dizzy and tired. You would end up near him, doing other stuff but checking on how he is doing in case he end up exploiting in magical colours due to the pain.

After the trip he would tell everyone not to invite him ever again to go sailing in a boat in the sea (maybe in a lake he would feel better)

❀ Wyll:

He is the one doing all, he payed for the boat with Karlach and Tav. Wyll is the only one who probably knows how to use decently a boat (he goes calm and doesn't try to make it a war machine). Wyll is most of the time sailing and checking it all, he doesn't really 'relax'. Wyll find it nice to be aboard with his crew and you, he doesn't need to sit down to be already relaxed.

He probably tries to find the best route to have a safe trip, but if astarion mocks him he would accidentally end up in deep sea (aka this ends up in all your party fighting a doomed Kraken)

Also he didn't put sunscreen, he was too busy with the boat, after the trip he is definitely laying down full of aloe Vera and healing bottles.

❀ Karlach:

She is exited, but a bit nervous, she is used to fire and chaos not sea and a peaceful scenario.

She wouldn't know much about what to do in a boat, there isn't much space, so she would probably end up talking a lot (specially to you, non stop)

Would get dizzy as well as Gale but would end up laying on the top of the boat while trying not to fall down or feel sick.

Tried to ask Wyll to teach her how to sail, he let her do it and that end up in the boat almost flying throw the sky.

Would jump off the boat on purpose, the sea is cold and that helps her motor-heart. Also if you want to swim with her, she is definitely holding you close (probably by the hand or waist, depends on the sea) after all the last thing she wants is you getting lost or drowning (if something happens don't worry, the boat has some resurrection parchments.)

❀ Minthara:

She was happy at first, she wanted to sail the boat but Wyll had to ask her with all his force to move aside. If Minthara took control of the boat everyone would end up upside down, after all she likes stuff fast, tactical and strong...little does she know it's a little boat not a war ship.

She would be sitting in a place with shadows, and If there is non she would come aboard with a big hat and beach dress (after all drows can't really stand the sun).

From time to time she would critique Wyll's ways (only with you) and would push Astarion out of the boat since he is sunbathing in the middle of the boat (taking space)

After the trip she would ask you to buy a ship with her, you two would go sailing at night, get ready that's going to be fun.

Maybe she would ask you someday to go sailing in the underdark, this would end up in her rushing the boat and fighting with Duergars, Dwarfs and other drows.

❀ Laezel:

She would refuse at first, saying it's pathetic and boring, but after you told her she can fight a big fish and push Astarion she was in.

Truth be told there was no big final boss fish, she got a little disappointed, but throwing Astarion off the boat made her day.

Also she would go to the top of the boat just to relax and meditate, Laezel would love feeling the breeze over her face and the peace of not being that close to the rest. If you join her she will teach you how to mediate properly. In moments like this Laezel is pretty calm.

Also, if someone push her off the boat she would be mad as hell and that would end up in the boat having to go back to the coast.

❀ Shadowheart:

At first she didn't wanted to go at all, she even tried her best excuses, Shadow end up going only because you say you would be there all time with her. Mind you, she isn't a fan of water, she has been only in it some times and it was while being  next to you.

In the boat she is nervous, keeping her eyes away from the railing and sitting in the middle end of the boat.

You had to stay near her most of the time, but don't worry!! After the first hour she is feeling a little better, still she still isn't getting close to that railing (she doesn't really want to see the waves)

Also I think she loves the sun + she even brought herself a small book to keep herself entertained.

What she hates? That moment when a tall wave hit the boat slightly and when Astarion decided to lay down in the middle of the boat.

In the end of the day...I think she wants to try sailing again but in a lake

❀ Volo:

He is loving it! Volo loves going out into adventures even if they aren't really...adventures. He is very very happy that you decided to invite him to this small trip, he even gather his notebooks and pens to take various notes.

While everyone is busy in their own stuff, he is describing this trip in his notebook as an amazing tale. Volo also loves to doodle the sea, the birds and even make a very bad drawing of Astarion being throw into the ocean.

If anyone is fishing he is sure near that person, from time to time he would take notes on the fishes and how to capture some of them.

He sure had a great day, he even sang some songs and made everyone have a nice time (this probably happened at the end of the trip)

I will be doing just for BG3 and Skyrim (also the elder scrolls)

This will be divided in three sections: before bed, sleeping and morning. This has 0% nsfw, is fluff and a slice of life.

Characters: Astarion, Gale, Rolan, Alfira, Shadowheart, Wyll, Minthara and Karlach

✿ Astarion:

He doesn't sleep at all he is a vampire and also an elf, meaning that he meditates most of the time instead of sleeping. Before bed he tends to do various stuff, depending on his mood: watch the city from the window, snuggle with you, drink wine (yes he has a secret wine bottle in the back of your bed) or even daydream (i think he also checks himself in the mirror, but the issue is that he can't see himself for obvious reasons)

When you are asleep he moves less around, he stays in bed with you or in the worst case he gets up to sit somewhere else (he isn't leaving the room)

Most of the times he tries to think about you and the good things that have been happening to him...but sometimes (many times) he can't just forget his days were he was a slave of Cazador.

When thinking of those dark days he tends to get anxious, he tries to touch the scars he has in his back, bite his nails or lips just to hold back tears.

When morning arrives everything becomes much better, he is the first one in waking you up and even if he has a rough night he gets very charismatic and flirtatious with you. There are other days that he just waits for you to wake up just to hold you tight, he just does this when he misses you or if he is feeling pretty stressed.

Extra: no midnight bites, he learned from the arc 1 (in game)

✿ Gale:

He reads a lot before bed, Gale really enjoy the silence of reading before bed. If you are feeling chatty or can't close your eyes, he will invite you to read with him aloud. He tends to sleep at very late hours, around 2-4am or worst if he is getting inspired. There are moments you need to tell him to come to bed, Gale sometimes gets too carried away while practicing magic or reading some big book. He sleeps in the same bed as you and Tara, the cat somtimes moves around leaving him no space to sleep.

When sleeping he doesn't really move that much, I think he looks a little dead when he is asleep, he probably drools when he is in a deep slumber. Gale tends to wake up really late or very early, no middle point.

Sometimes you won't find him in bed and that means he is out trying to buy stuff for his magic research or buying some magic items.

Extra: he also sleeps with a peignoir and his slippers are shaped as cats (similar to Tala with purple and gold shinny details)

✿ Rolan:

Our poor boy has some big sleep issues, he gets inspired in magic at really late hours and there are days that he just falls dead sleep over his desk. He has been trying to be a very good magician and he sometimes forgets that he has a life and needs to fulfill. Thankfully there are moments he realise he is overworking and would come to bed with you. He sleeps in fetal position, being the small spoon of both of you. He mumbled somtimes in his sleep and can wake up by the smallest sounds. He normally gets up pretty early, but some days when he overworks he sleeps till 11am or even later (this days you have the chance to wake him up or make him some breakfast, I swear he deserves it)

Extra: One time he mumbled a spell while being asleep and he accidentally casted a thunder in your sheared room (he cleaned the mess later on)

✿ Alfira:

She is pretty active before going to sleep, she likes to do various activities and that leads her to sleeping in late hours (just not like Gale or Rolan). Before going to sleep she loves to practice her lute and if you request her a song she will play you a lullaby so you can fall asleep.

I think she turns around a lot while sleeping, but just right to left or left to right, nothing of shifting positions or ending up in the floor.

In the morning she is probably the first one into waking up, she does this so she can see your sleeping expressions which she finds lovely.

If you take too much time in waking up, she is probably already upstairs over the roof playing with her lute.

Extra: she probably sleeps with some of your clothes

✿ Shadowheart:

Shadow loves to read and drink (wine) before bed, she loves to have a small personal time with you (spending it in any way you both wish).

She loves those days where you two talk about life till the sun comes up or till you fall asleep.

She likes to be in the same bed as you, normally she fells asleep first, she loves to sleep in your arms. When sleeping she tends to hold onto you, her arms are always hugging you and her head tends to rest over your chest or clavicle.

When she wakes up she does it really early, around 6am? She is always in the garden and likes to have breakfast by herself, being alone in the morning is her moment to mediate and re connect with herself; after all she lived, she totally deserves that little space.

Extra: she loves her nightgown full of details, with moons and shapes that look like cats/owls. Also the baby owl bear is sleeping with you two, not in the bed but near it! It probably has its own bed...when it gets bigger pls move it somewhere else around the house.

✿ Wyll:

He loves going to sleep, it's a pause from the day, normally when the sun is up he is always running around and helping but at night he can be alone with you in peace (most of the time, sometimes due to missions he can't sleep by yours side). Wyll likes to sleep early, but he also likes to sleep after you, this guy just loves to read and also play with you hair while you sleep.

Wyll tends to sleep by your side, he loves being a big spoon since he feels like he is protecting you (this man has some sort of complex with protecting everyone every moment he can)

In the mornings he is the first one to get up from bed, he loves to do this since he has some time to train and make breakfast for both of you, he loves to make you this small detail every day he can, he is always worried that in one of his missions he won't be able to come back home.

Extra: sometimes if he is too tired he can end up sleeping with his eyes half open. Also the days that he can't sleep by your side, he falls asleep with a picture of you in his hands.

✿ Minthara:

She doesn't sleep, she normally spends her nights sitting over a sofa, meditating and from time to time gazing at your way to see what you are doing (obviously sleeping). She doesn't really even moves, would just do it to pick up a book or play with an elegant knife to kill time.

Also if you two are living in the underdark she tends to stay near the door or windows just in case some drow from another house tries to attack both of you. It doesn't matter where you live, she has a pocket knife in her back, full of poison, you never know when drows can get a little feisty.

When you wake up she just comments in how you just lost precious time and would point out how pathetic/cute you looked in your sleep (this variety depends on her mood and if you snored or not)

Extra: Minthara doesn't like people making sounds while they sleep, it piss her off. Also she loves using nightgowns even if she isn't sleeping at all, ofc it's way more comfortable than her armour.

✿ Karlach:

It takes her some time to go to sleep, she likes to be active (fighting, running and helping you around) and she has some hard time trying to low down all that energy. She would find exiting going to sleep next to you, she finds normal things amazing (being in the avernus makes her appreciate even the smallest things).

When sleeping she probably moves A LOT! She kicks, rolls and even fall off the bed if she isn't carful (she wouldn't wake up even if she ends up in the floor.)

Karlach isn't a light sleeper, once she is asleep it's hard to wake her up (only very noisy stuff can wake her up: big storms or even another evil brain)

☾ Vanus:

If you are sad he is definitely approaching you slowly (he needs to think what to do to help you out) , if you are crying he would take even a bit more to get close to you. It's not that easy for him to get close to others, specially you or anyone he heavily cares for. Note: if he doesn't know you he would probably tell someone else about your situation so you can get the help you need, If he doesn't like you he wouldn't really even mind your situation. Btw it's hard to be enemies with this guy.

Vanus once is close enough to you he would just sit near or stand up not so far, he would ask you softly if you are okey and if you need help.

He isn't going to comfort you physically , he is way more supportive with words and helping you solve things from a positive perspective.

If you hug him to find comfort it would take him some seconds (even a few minutes) to hug you back, he is a modest and decent man, Vanus isn't going to push you aside like someone called Mannimarco.

☾ Ria:

She is a strong woman and she has a warm heart, if she sees you sad and you know her,  she would totally run to see what happened. Ria would comfort you, she would sit next to you and observe you for a second. She would ask you questions and would cheer you up with words, once you feel better she is taking you to have a small friendly fist fight to boost you.

If you are crying she probably gets a little bit to worry, Ria can stay by your side holding your hand or if the situation is to bad she would call someone from the inner circle of the companions to see if they can solve your problems(probably their Harbinger who is the most reliable person of the companions)

If someone hurt you badly (in any way),  she is teaming up with anyone from the companions to bring your honour back, there is no way she is leaving this slip away so easily.

☾ Hadvar:

He is straight forward, if you are sad he will rush and see how you feel, expect him to leave his current task just to see what happened to you. He is a carrying man so he would try to calm you down (if you are too upset) and would get ready to fight anyone who made you sad, even dragons.

If someone made you upset he is probably more upset and angry than you are, he feels your emotions in a very personal way. You can either calm down or join him into fighting whoever got you upset.

If you got upset by something like the weather, the world or even some pain (emotional, physical, any), Hadvar will probably stay by your side trying to make you do stuff to keep your mind busy, he isn't leaving you alone in situations like this.

☾ Brelyna:

seeing you sad makes her feel a little sad too, she is very emphatic with you since you where the one who decided to help her out with magic when no one did.

She would approach softly, no big noises or scandals, just soft moves and a kind smile.

She would hear you vent even if that means hearing you while practicing magic (pls don't vent while she is doing this, that's a bad idea)

I see Brelyna as someone who is good with words, but be careful she won't be too sincere with you when you are feeling down (she doesn't want to hurt you, specially if it is a hard time)

I totally see her trying to show you a magic trick to cheer you up which end up in her turning j'zargo into a domestic looking cat, hope that makes you chuckle or feel less sad!!

J'zargo is now the one feeling sad, poor guy

☾ Sanguine:

You are feeling bad? Don't worry he is taking you to a party (ofc the biggest one in town) and that obviously means making you drink every bottle in the party, just to make you feel better somehow . Apparently that's his way of helping...alcohol, good music and dancing till you loose your brains.

Even if he loves excesses and it's chaotic, he is actually good when it comes to hearing others, he looks like a pretty curious Daedra (in his own ways)

If you are sad or disappointed and need an advice he would give you a pretty honest response.

He is direct and crude, it can be a harsh topic and he would say his opinion as if you two where talking about what wine is the best.

I think he is one of the friendliest Daedras that you can count on when feeing a bit disappointed, just don't depend on him if you want to live your life in peace.

☾ Mehrunes Dagon:

I wouldn't consider this big guy as a good adviser or listener, he would probably just tell you to break stuff or destroy an entire castle to let all the pain out.

If he ever heard you when you are sad, he wouldn't give you a nice advice, he would be probably very crude and all his words would be only about solving things with violence or rage. Would probably accidentally shout a lot, so don't expect him turning soft or silent. If you get him more angry somehow (getting mad at his advices or asking for human like comfort) , he is shouting ever louder.

He can get pretty pissed off if you just randomly feel bad (it's ok to feel bad randomly!!), he isn't really someone who cares or understands mortals, so expect him to be a brute.

If he is in a good mood he will hear your vent (just two sentences) and after it you two are going out to destroy something in some realm.

Extra : Two options: he would get very mad at you if you hug him out of the blue or he would accept you back, be careful his hugs are too strong and he doesn't really know how to control his strength (pls bring a heavy armour)

☾ Neloth:

This guy is fast with magic and knowledge, but feelings? He is very very slow. If you run up to him crying it would take him some seconds to understand what is even going on (note: imagine Neloth in his mushroom like house with a confused face while holding some Dwemer material while also trying to understand what you are saying between sobs)

Once you calm down and he finally realises what is happening, he would ask you to sit down and say everything again but in order. There is a chance of him not remembering half of what you say, let's be honest, he is probably more focused on his research than this situation. Anyways, he would be calm and would try to give you some decent advice, neutral and some that could actually work.

Extra: If he really cares about you he is definitely remembering everything you say and would go over it again, saying an advice for every issue you named. Also if you two are close friends/family/coworker/lover he is definitely making you some herb tea to calm your nerves down. Way more supportive if you are a friend or lover, wouldn't say familiar too since he has a pretty complicated relationship with his family (house)

☾ Brynjolf:

He know you are sad/disappointed and doesn't even need you to tell him what is going on, he already knows it or think he may know. He is very good at observing, so whenever you are sad he can tell it by the way you move, sit, speak or even fight (?)

If you approach him for help, you may see that he is very supportive, he would let you vent, hug, kiss or anything just to make your day less bad.

You got an issue with someone? Oh don't worry he has his eyes all over the city, in less of a day he will make sure that the issue is gone for a while or that the person that ruined your day looses every important/valuable item they own.

Feeling sad about your emotions? He will probably hear you and compare some of his experiences with you (not the best to do, but it's a way of him trying to empathise with your feelings) just to show you that he has/had the same/similar issues.

☾ Miraak:

It's hard for him to react when you are feeling sad, he has been alone for so many centuries till the point of forgetting what to do in those situations. He wouldn't help you out in a typical way, his only way of being there for you is by just staying silently next to you. He knows and feels comfortable knowing a lot about magic, history, dragons and Daedras...but your feelings are foreigner territory and that's makes him feel week, leading to silence instead of a long chat.

He isn't going to hug you or anything, if you do so expect him staying motionless or hugging you back slowly (this all depends on how close you are, outside the realm I see him as a really closed person who isn't really ready to open up fast)

☾ Hermaeus Mora:

Very practical, if you have an issue or feel sad he would find a way to solve it, after all there is a book for everything. Don't expect emotional or physical support, he can just give you answers to your needs but not actual care.

If you are his champion or favourite, expect him to leave your favourite books near your home or in obvious places in his realm. This is the way of him showing you that he needs you in a good mood.

Extra: Is it me or would he be a good therapist? Imagine you sitting there in a pile of books while Mora using glasses and writing what you say in a pretty small notebook (this would only apply for champions or close mortals)

☾ Molag bal (just to mock):

AAAAA TYSM!! This really makes my day 🫶

Im always a bit worried about the headcanons being decent, specially Brynjolf which I never really payed much attention in game (I know I should, the guild missions are good)

Characters: Aela, Hircine, Brynjolf, Ralof, Sotha Sil, Hermaeus Mora, Njada, Last Dragonborn (not cannon? Still tried to make it look neutral)

NOTE: feel free to ask for more characters, btw I will do a p.2 of the part 2 (lmao part two of the part two)

☼ Aela:

it's actually a bit obvious that she prefers you over many people (even members of the companions), you proved her that you are strong and resilient and that's something she admires. Aela would totally take you out for hunts pretty often and it would be just the two of you.

She also gives you different type of gifts; a fox pelt for the winter, if you like archery she will get you a nice bow and anything shinny or antique would be gifted to you.

If you ask her why she does this, she would just say it's because she likes you and respects you as a member of the companions (lies, go girl tell everyone you like (—-) )

☼ Hircine:

i don't know why i feel he would be a bit of a cat, he would leave some stuff he hunted over your door.

Also you will start to see way many white stags around your home and Hircine in his more human looks.

He wouldn't really approach you at first, he would just watch and do that weird cat thing. With time he probably bless you without you even knowing it and at some point if you hunt he will appear once again. This time he would teach you how to master the art of the hunt. Guess that's the way he shows interest...after all he isn't human at all

☼ Brynjolf:

expect a lot of gifts coming from this man, just don't ask where he got them or how. It would start with small things, flowers, some nice silver ring and then it would scale into pretty expensive jewels, weapons and even trips/invitations to pretty expensive places.

His first steps in showing his appreciation or interest is definitely materialistic, maybe if you get to know him even more you see much more than the shinny little things. The peak moment of showing his care is just probably hanging out with him over a roof, a bottle of wine and him confessing his care for your + shearing dump/epic anecdotes about the guild.

☼ Ralof:

I think he is pretty sweet when showing his care or interest towards you, if you two are walking or doing a patrol (in case your character is a stormcloak) he would have his eyes stick to the grass trying to find the most pretty flowers. The second you get distracted he would walk towards the plant, take some flowers and give them to you.

Also feel that a way he has to show you his care is being always in time, you have to hang out at 13:00, he is there even before you, just to show you how important your time is for him.

If you two are a couple he would buy you from time to time some necklaces to show his love, just don't expect him to buy this stuff all months he isn't rich.

☼ Sotha sil:

he is a closed guy when it comes to feelings and showing his appreciation towards you. It took him a lot of time to actually do small gestures so you could see his feelings. One day he invited you to his research room, only you nobody else. When you came in he talked to you, heard about your week and after an hour or so he would tell you about a small project he has been working on...little did you knew it was all a surprise made out for you. He walked away and after some time he appeared with a small and lovely gold mouse, it was fully articulated and a great piece of engineering (heavily based in the Dwemer). He gave you the little machine to help you in your home, mainly to keep it clean and off dust.

This is a small gesture but for him it means a lot and if you are happy with the gift, your smile would made his week feel blessed (he would be probably way more active and positive with his works, only thanks to your smile, lucky you!!)

☼ Hermaeus Mora:

the only way I think of him showing his interest in you is by making his deals less complicated. You want free and forgotten knowledge? Fine, just get him one simple book, your favourite one! Ofc if you seek great knowledge, prices may go up but he wouldn't put you in the worst missions just to get them.

Also if you get into his realm (Apocrypha) often you will see less of his seekers (they won't even harm you, they would probably just avoid you and keep their interest in somewhere else).

The worst part of you being his favourite, champion or even interest? He wants you around, there are some days  you can't go out of the black book or when you are out of Apocrypha you feel a need to get back (all manipulations from the Daedra)

☼ Njada Stonearm:

we know how she is with you at the start when you join the companions, mean and clearly not found of you.

With time she saw your improvements, your resilience, strength and care for the companions and that made her change her actitude towards you.

She won't become super soft with you, just less hard and a little (slightly) more friendly. Njada probably would love to practice fights with you, she wouldn't punch you that hard but that doesn't mean she will let you win.

If you two become lovers she is definitely giving you fast kisses while training, probably to distract you and make you lose but to also show small hints of her care.

Extra: lf you got injured she and the inner circle are the first in aid you, Njada would probably stay all day/night with you till you get better (like some sort of guard)

☼ Last Dragonborn (not cannon at all):

they probably show they care by giving you waaay many things, some even strange (perfect gems, weird cursed but great looking weapons, potions of all kind, books with various tittles and even scrolls that haven't seen the light of the day in centuries).

They are very persistent, always trying to catch your attention one way or another, expect them to tell you epic tales of how they killed a dragon or that one time they ended Miraak.

They aren't always around but when they can they like to be around your town just to see if they can give you something or have some small talk before moving on.

❆ Aela:

You have a sad face? Don't worry she know how to make you feel better, you two are going hunting! You don't want to hunt? Doesn't matter she will either drag you out into the woods or bring you something from her hunts (expect a lot of troll skin or even dragon scales if she loves u).

Don't expect much compassion in her words, I feel she is much more expressive in her acts which reflect how deeply she cares for you. You are sad because someone is making you piss off? Don't worry, they won't talk to you ever again- or wouldn't talk with anyone ever again for some time.

She will ask you directly what made you feel so upset without beating around the bush

❆ Farkas:

poor of him he doesn't really know what to do when you feel sad, he would let you speak and vent but would try to say the less amount of words possible (everyone thinks Vilkas is the smart one, so he is worried of saying the wrong word and making you even more upset).

If the vent doesn't work and you are close friends/ lovers he would definitely hug you for a long time, it would be strong at first and then he would give you some air. His hugs are strong and relaxing, they don't feel forced but 100% natural and heart warming. After hugging you for a brief of time he is probably patting your hair and would start to say sweet but clumsy words, which I hope it brings you some joy! He is really trying.

❆ Vilkas:

if you are feeling sad he will let you vent as Farkas does, but after it he would probably would start giving you advices wether you like or not (you can tell him to stop and he would, he is just used to giving constant advices to Farkas).

He does actually give good advice, the only issue is that he is a bit crude, practical and sometimes he doesn't really put himself in your shoes (he doesn't does this to feel better than you, but to calm the emotions. Because if you two get angry or sad at a situation, then he can't help you to solve it)

If you are close friends/lovers he is definitely inviting you for a trip in the woods, just for you to relax, kick some stuff, gain energy and refocuse yourself. Also he will keep talking, but when he sees that you are tense he would be more quiet.

❆ Cicero:

you are sad? Well if he is always obnoxious, loud, chaotic and always being a ✨jester✨ expect him to be even more when he sees you with a long face. He would definitely say some jokes about your looks, how funny life is and at some weird point he would ask if anyone needs to be sent with the gods. If you tell him to shut up, calm down or to leave you alone he would actually come to his senses for a brief moment. He would be a bit less energetic, but that doesn't mean he would stop his antics, his jokes would be a little more softer and less mean. The threat of fixing stuff throw violence is still up in the table.

(Ngl I don't know much of Cicero I always avoid him, my bad my bad 💔)

❆ Mannimarco:

oh no why did you have to get upset in front of this idiot?? If he doesn't care about you or finds you useless he wouldn't even care to look at your sad face and less hear you speak, say one word of your vent and he will ask you (in a not so friendly way) to shut up and leave him alone. Stuff may be slightly different if he finds you interesting or sees you as someone of use, he would take you to practice necromancy since apparently that's what makes him happy (and if it makes him happy why can't it make u feel that way too?) . Still even if you where the most important being in his world (which I'm not sure...have you seen this dude??) he wouldn't waste any second in hearing your vent, he isn't someone warm or affective and I'm sure he isn't good with kind words (they would come up cold, untouched, fake and even ironic/sarcastic)

❆ Martin Septim:

he is very nice when you are feeling sad, is the first one to notice how you feel and would love to help you out. He probably takes you to a far place from the rest so you can vent in peace or be healed if you got hurt in the oblivion or something (the place would be in the outside, maybe some sort of garden?). His words are soft and he tries to help you solve things from a smart way but also a human way, he doesn't mind you crying or asking for a hug, he is fine with that. If you are close he doesn't mind staying by side for some time till you feel better. In that time you recibe head pats, small kisses in the forehead if you two are lovers and a good chat. Before leaving the place and getting up he will ask you various times if you are okey and if there is anything else you need.

❆ Ancano:

๋࣭⭑ Astarion:

It all depends about his mood, one days he can let you do whatever and others he is having his eyes over every step you do. Some days he will let you run around, do chaos and even make bad decisions, but at some point he just gets worried of something happening to you and he turns into a more protective self.

Expect a lot of gossip about people you don’t even know, he doesn’t want you opinion and would probably just laugh while you dont understand. Also he is probably heavily proud of you, he would always name you if he is speaking about his day or life.

If you also have vampirism and you can’t be under the sun, that makes him more protective of you.

Small note: i think that when he gets protective, he hides it with jokes and sarcasm. Of course he doesn’t want to show how vulnerable he gets when he thinks of you getting hurt.

๋࣭⭑ Gale:

He wants you to grow up smart (his own definition of smart), he probably has been reading to you since ever. He makes sure you know how to read at a young age and would be very happy if you show an inclination for magic. He is protective but would let you live your life, you have to make mistakes to grow and he know it (just pls don’t get into strong connections with gods as he did).

He is a really present parent, he is trying to spend a lot of time with you, specially if you want to learn about magic. No need of magic teachers, he is there for you 24/7.

When you are a toddler he won’t let you in his library, he fears you eating or breaking some scrolls or throwing important books, you have access to the library once you gain some conscious.

๋࣭⭑ Laezel:

She is a strong woman, a warrior and she expects you to be like her or even better. Similar as Gale she would push you into training since a very young age, would feel flabbergasted if you don’t like weapons and choose magic or anything else (it would take her time to accept it but don’t worry, one day she will understand and she would become highly proud of you).

Laezel can be harsh, not because she is mean but she is sure that the world is cruel and you need to endure it to survive. Also she is very disciplined, you would probably learn a lot of that.

Even if she is a bit harsh, she loves you a lot, wouldn’t hurt you and I’m sure she would break the nose of someone if they hurt you or talk shit if you.

If she is in a good mood she is definitely telling you tales about the tears and the red dragon riders, she gets slightly emotional when talking about those days.

Note: You are probably the gith from the egg you can pick in the second arc (is it the second? Idk why I always see it as a 1.5…)

๋࣭⭑ Wyll:

He is a sunshine as a father, he is always trying to cheer you up and sometimes he can spoil you to death. He wants you to have a nice childhood, full of jokes and small adventures (he can turn a boring activity into the best day ever).

Even if he want you to have the best time ever, he also wants you to have a strong heart. There are times he will take you to the poor zones of baldurs just for you to help him with the people and see how others live.

Wyll also would want you to follow your heart.

If you turn out to be a horrid person (which I hope you don’t!!) he would forgive you, this man is too good for his own good.

He is very emotional, every time you grow up he would cry a bit “they grow up so fast!”

๋࣭⭑ Minthara:

She is the definition of harsh, she is definitely crude with you most of the time. Similar to her culture, she would give her life for you only when you are a baby, once you grow up she expects you to protect yourself.

Living with her means constant training, not only physical but also in becoming resistant to venoms (specially drow venom). Totally see her putting you some venom in your food just for your body to get used to the toxine.

Also she doesn’t care if you become a warrior, wizard, monk, barbarian, etc… she wants you to be the best, apparently you have to make her proud. She probably has way more favouritism in you if you are girl than a boy (oh old drow habits are hard to kill). I think the best thing of her being your mom is that she wouldn’t lie to you in any way and would be heavily honest with you (if that’s even a good thing)

Btw I love minthara, sorry if I made her too crude

๋࣭⭑ Karlach:

Karlach is definitely a fun mom, but here is the issue she has a harsh time being firm with you specially if you are having a tantrum or if you feel irritated. She loves playing with you and would even have more fun playing with the toys than you. Karlach is very supportive, if you feel bad she will try it all to make you happy, and if you cry, she cries. If there is a second parent, better, why? It would be amazing if they could contrast her permissive ways.

Still small note: she is permissive with bad actitudes as tantrums over small things, but if you ever start to be cruel or mean she would get pretty disappointed and would have a long chat with you. (Some of this applies to Wyll as well) Karlach wants the best for you and will try to make you a good person with a golden (or decent) heart. She would feel a lot of guilt and sadness if you turn into a mean person, would probably feel like a horrible mother. (Pls don’t make this amazing woman cry 💔)

๋࣭⭑ Karniss (oh one of my fav characters):

He is the definition of an overprotective father, he won’t let you walk away too far from him and if he could he would always hold your hand when walking in the shadowfell or in any place (I think he would get even more protective if you are outside of the shadowfell or in the underdark). When you are a toddler or a very small child he doesn’t let anyone get near you (this doesn’t apply to a second parent, if you have one), he can get pretty agressive if someone that isn’t close to him picks you up. He is heavily paranoid even when you grow up, he is always worry of something bad happening to you, so if you are an adult expect him appearing randomly in your door or receiving longggg messages with so many questions (you better reply back or he is probably going nuts).

Also he loves making things for you, he probably made many of your clothes or blankets (they all have spider patterns: webs, spiders and even small flies captured in the webs and nature symbols: flowers, leaves and some thorns)

I think he would have a harsh time letting you go or leaving you alone, he is probably more dependant of you than you are with him.

๋࣭⭑ Raphael:

Not pretty sure if it’s a good idea him being a father, he sees you more of a heir for his legacy than anything else. He wants you to know it all about deals, so expect him teaching you laws with common life activities: you two want to eat the last piece of cake? Easy he makes you do a contract or incites you to try and make one yourself.

Raphael definitely gives you a life of pure luxury, do what you want he doesn’t care as long as it doesn’t mock him or ruin his order. If you betray him or anything, you will lose it all and it will be harsh to have it all back. Why I see him having long discussions with you over small things??

You are probably pretty much free in your childhood, you probably became someone really independent.
