Hey so like trans people are cool! Transfem, transmasc, nonbinary, genderfluid, agender, bigender, and everything in between and beyond. I'm incredibly disappointed to see the rampant transphobia not just towards our sisters, but our brothers too. We got transfem Jax? Great! Happy for her and happy for the fans who had been hoping for that.

This does not mean, however, that people who happened to headcanon Jax as transmasc are scum of the earth. I have seen SO MUCH vitriol towards those people and frankly, it's ridiculous. This is a cartoon. When I started the show, I clocked Jax as a tboy because of my own experience of being transmasculine. Is that wrong? No. And with that, I never once hated the transfem Jax theory, never hated people who were into it, and never hated that becoming canon.

Trans people are people. Yes we have different experiences of it, but the base of it is the same. It has been incredibly hurtful seeing some of the comments and posts on here. Like actually jaw dropping. Being nice is free!
