ive said this before but mcc is so good because everyone involved just fucking loves the game. like it's a video game tournament technically but there's such a focus on having fun and there's light shows and dance parties and you can make smoothies and run around and give them to people and if you all pile into the elevator you can break it and run around to explore the easter eggs. they added dogs to pet and sometimes they have scavenger hunts where you can go looking for candy or flowers. it's a combination of noxcrew being the type of people who want to create those options and features, and the mcyt community being the type of people who just adore and wholeheartedly indulge in all of the fun little things like that even as they play the game.
