not exactly sure of the correct reasoning for that, but i think it refers to the variation or a different arrangement of the song vs the original. for example, ćć”ćŖ -N.Edit-, it's the shorter version of Romeo (omitting the middle part of the full version), spanning 3min+ in length vs the full song with 5min+.

Q: Any particular profound memory from your LIVE?
Aizou: Although itās been a long while since we last sang in a LIVE, it felt super great to be able to do a perfect *chorus with everyone! Iām confident that I was the one having the most fun in that venue (laughs).

Yuujirou: I remember very well the cheers and the smiles of everyone the moment we sang our first song āChoco Kanoā. Our Julietta were also illuminated in the sea of penlights - it was really beautiful.

The fourth one, ćććØ Meoto, is also a song that is performed live for the first time. It is a love song about a married couple that began from an arranged marriage; and in the MV, Yuujirou plays the role of the wife, and Aizou appears as the peculiar-looking husband who has horns.
As I was watching intently with bated breath, wondering how they would perform it in the LIVE - at the same time in the intro, Aizou puts his arms around Yuujirouās back, similar to a hugging position!?!?! And then, under the illumination of red lighting, an ephemeral and enchanting world unfolds that is reserved only for the two of them. Little by little, the husband and wife begin to get to know each other.
Yuujirou, who has been trained in Kabuki for a long time, plays the female role; heās beautiful from his flexibility down to his delicate performance. And Aizou, known for his signature smile, is now a clumsy and silent husband.
